Applebee's Grill + Bar

Placed online order for pickup. Place is very dirty. Waitress came chewing food and mumbled something, then yelled at bartender to check if my order ready. Hostess station full of grease. Didn’t get condiments with the order which I paid for. If the front of the restaurant looks like this, I can imagine what’s going on in the kitchen. Throw this “food” in the trash and went across for KFC.. will contact corporate with complaint. No wonder why this place is empty on Sunday at 6:30 pm.

I recently ordered the salmon meal for pickup at Applebee's, as it used to be my favorite dish there. Unfortunately, the salmon was dry, chewy, and completely flavorless, and the mashed potatoes and green beans were equally disappointing. According to Google, 'Chewy or rubbery salmon is often a sign of being overcooked, where the proteins tighten and expel the natural juices, resulting in dryness,' which pretty much sums it up. On a positive note, my order was ready quickly, and the pickup process was smooth. However, while waiting, I noticed several customers waiting to be assisted, which suggests they may be understaffed. Overall, I was really disappointed with the food quality this time around.

Applebee's, depending on the location has never been a disappointment. We have had great food, service. Some have had clean restaurants and some need remodeled

The food was ok but the service was awful. It took forever for someone to even acknowledge us, I got one drink the entire meal with no offer for a refill, the meal my brother got was off and tasted horrible, they had a baby in the kitchen and only the people at the bar seemed to be getting served. It took forever to get our food and the bill. If I could give zero stars I would have. This place was awful. Never again

We paid close to $40.00 for 2 takeout salads, including tip. The salads were not up to the salads when we have eaten in the restaurant. We were not pleased at all, hardly any tomatoes at all

Service was terrible waited on a water for 15 minutes while I ate my burnt chicken tenders this place was dirty and dingy definitely will not go back to this location ever again

Super loud, for a Tuesday. Hunter sucks as a bartender. Ran out of drink twice, just got the check after the second time. Someone needs to teach him how to pour a draft beer. He was more worried about his 'friend' at the end of the bar who didnt look old enough to drink. Wayne 2, at least that's what was on his shirt and I assume was the manager, had a drink or two with the same girl. The other off bartender that was there eating made her own drink which tells me enough in itself. If Hunter is at the bar next time I come, I will most certainly eat elsewhere.

We ate there a couple weeks ago.
Menus were sticky. Flies flying around. The food was not good.
Service was bad.
The booth was dirty.
Asked for a refill on a drink and never received it.
I do NOT recommend this so called restaurant!!

Didn't get all food and drink i ordered. The food i got was awful especially fries and ribeye steak. Wrong drink also. When I called no one wouldn't answer the phone. This Applebee's should go out business. It's not not my first bad experience with this restaurant

It is understaffed so it takes a while to be served. It was good besides that.

I have gotten curbside to go a few times recently & it has been PERFECT each time!!! My sauce is in the bag, extra napkins/silverware included, Food is FRESH, tasty, & CORRECT each time!!🖤🖤
