Ordered food offline & chose the delivery option on Bella’s website NOT DoorDash. The food was never “delivered” so when we called to check the status, we were told the food had been sitting waiting for us to pick it up!! Well why have that option on your website? & not call if we hadn’t picked it up within the hour. We waited almost an hour and a half.. I requested to have the food made FRESH not a refund and Mas said he would. I trusted his word but that food was not fresh! Gave us a piece of cheesecake to make up for it but $38 for cold soggy food and a piece of cheesecake? No thanks…

Update! I went to this establishment 5 years ago. Then, I gave it 5 stars. Tonight, I wish I could give it a zero. I ordered the spaghetti with sausage. When the dish arrived to the table I noticed everything was drenched in marinara sauce and a ton of liquid in the bottom of the bowl. I cut into the sausage, and the inside was pink. I notified the waitress (who was rude). She took my bowl back to the kitchen, 10 seconds later, here comes the "manager/owner". Instead of trying to see how he could fix my order, he tells me, my food wasn't raw, and that's how they cook their sausages. I kindly told him, he can keep his food. Also, ordered the oyster Rockefeller they had a good flavor, but with every bite there was grit from the oysters being uncleaned. I will not go back to this place. Everything is over priced, and undercooked. The staff there is despicable rather than listening to corrective criticism, they rather jump on the defense and act like your the problem and not them.

This place is a hidden gem! I had no idea it was there and I was pleasantly surprised with it.We did the $12 lunch buffet - I loved it, nice salad bar, pizza and some pasta dishes. I'll totally try to come back for dinner as the place had a great vibe to it.They also have a neat little arcade in the back as well!

WORST "MANAGER" I'VE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE !! No apology for ANYTHING, and packed my friend and boyfriends leftovers for them without them even being done! Rude rude manager ! Never again will we ever be back and I will tell everyone I know about our experience!!Flavorless noodles and whole dish, and what is this OIL THE NOODLES ARE IN???

Sign located in lower left corner of window, not in a conspicuous place where individuals would guarantee to see it. Wait staff decides what you tip them if you eat in. There is nothing special about the food. However, with the cost of the meals (over priced) and now being told what you must tip. NOT EVER going back. Save yourself the money and get the same quality from dominoes or pizza hut. I tip based on service .... I will not be forced to tip a set amount. No we were just a table of 4 ... so no... not a large group/party.

Delicious spaghetti a la Bella. Coleman was really hungry after helping me at the rivah. He said he could eat the salad, bread and spaghetti. The waitress asked if he needed a box. Nope! He ate it all!!

Fun bar, live music and great service! At one point a patron got the restaurant to sing the star spangled banner. That was cool!The food was ehhh, not great but filled the stomach. My sad little lasagne was a stack of 2 or maybe 3 noodles tall at most. I've never had a lasagna that the side of the plate was the same height. My hubs dish was same, not impressive. Bacon had no flavor and sauce was watery. Now the bread was spot on yummy and I could have ate an entire basket. Oh wait, I did eat an entire basket of bread.The bathrooms were really gross and the floor was covered in urine. They definitely had not been checked, cause was alot of peepee.They did have an arcade right next door that was totally empty but several games.
