We've lately started eating again at Burger King. Their food and their service has improved. Their menu has gotten more focussed on items I actually like too.

The young white man working the drive through made sure to tell me “I don’t know how I’m here - it must be that time of the month in here,” at the drive through window.
Absolutely uncalled for. Zero remorse or concern. When asked, “what makes you think you can talk to a customer like that?” He replied, “I have seven sisters.”
I won’t be returning to this location which I used to enjoy once a week.

I ordered a whopper without a bun and was served a delicious meal with plenty of fresh lettuce, 5 stars!
This is my first time here and I had the worst experience at this restaurant. First I ordered a JR whopper, and when i checked the bag, the wrapper was drenched in oil. I gave it to the manager and she had it remade. Then I received the second one, went to my car, opened it and to my shock, I found a flying ant stuck to the bread and some type of other type of creature stuck to the lettuce! Took it back to the manager and I got a refund. This is completely unacceptable and disgusting. I can't believe the lack of hygiene and care. I will never be coming back here again. So much for a first impression..

This is the best Burger king I have eaten at in years. Are you orderedI ordered a double beef wapper no Mao. (Most of the time they pour the Mao on even after I say no Mao. Lots of onion, lettuce and tomato. I could no eat the whole burger at the same time. This store is what a Burger King should be patterned after

Food was great, staff was very freindly, and service was fast! Decor and layout is great. Only complaint is that it was absolutely freezing inside. Probably 60 degrees fahrenheit. Raise the temperature about 5-7 degrees and it's 5 stars all the way around!
