We were greeted with a smile I had several questions about the menu that our server patiently answered and my brother at one point commented when did I get this drink refill I never saw her! We stopped by for lunch. What a treat I had the lobster roll and the mushroom Swiss burger, yep I was hungry. My brother had the sunrise burger. We also also had the baked fries and in-house made potato chips. I double check my watch love the fact that sodas are served in small pitchers. Also I've had some bad experiences lately so to get really good tasting soda at NN was very great.“

“Small town location and vibes. It is a welcome, nice setting/feel for a chain restaraunt. The staff are kind, interactive and diligent. The service was good and the food was good and nothing was wrong with our orders. We didn't have to wait for 30 minutes or more to be seated.“

Even at the window she makes sure to greet smile & have everything correct! This is months of coming here and having the same great experience with her! “Drive-thru can be slow at times, but unpredictable when it's going to happen. It's been really busy and we've gone through fast, and it's been only 1 or 2 cars ahead and took a long time! I've also had to drive forward and wait for my food, while 5 cars were served at the window behind me.

Staff is hit or miss. Sometimes they are distracted and talkative amongst themselves. Sometimes they are focused and efficient the entire transaction. They are more often friendly than not.

Special orders have always been accurate. Sweet tea has been good and never old tasting. Sodas are sometimes off, either too much carbonation or too little. Food has mostly been fresh and hot. Occasionally get an order you can tell is older and cold.“
