I was at the drive thru the other day and it sounded like the boy working there who looked really young was trying really hard to give customer service. He was doing so good. He let us wait for our order and we got it. He was very nice to us. Thanks KFC ☺
Messed our order up, too busy laughing and joking around inside. Had to wait a long time to get our food.
Do NOT spend money here. I am not your typical rude consumer that complains about every little thing, I am a retail worker apologist (especially in the fast food business) and usually side with them on all fronts. This is not one of those cases.
Set a pickup, arrived and realized the bag was way too empty and I was definitely missing food. I talked to a worker in a gray outfit who I’m assuming was the lead at the time… awful experience. Rudely gossiped about other customers that came were still eating. Tried to list what was missing, kept getting interrupted and was even given the wrong item. Once a bag was assembled I realized I was still missing another big meal… had to go back in again and ask for it, just to not receive my sides, biscuit or type of chicken because “We are out.” KFC already never gave me 2 refunds I asked for before at this place even when reaching out to support, so do with that what you will.
Most of the staff there are dressed inappropriately and are rude, with one exception being the short hispanic fellow who is the only one that has served me exceptionally there.
0/10 experience.
You walk in and they say the door should be locked when it’s only 8pm… way to go KFC on your customer service
Stopped by around 3pm before heading to Gloucester hoping to get some good chicken and burritos. No one was running the register, nor acknowledging the 5 people around us. Finally placed our order and was told they had nothing but tea for drinks. (We later watched two people get soda drinks) the woman (heavier set with grey hair) who took our order was extremely rude and had a disgusting attitude. She walked around the kitchen yelling and cussing. My wife received her chicken 10 minutes before my burritos were ready.
The burritos were all over the place and were wrapped like a sandwich. The chicken was old and soaked up all the grease they sat in for hours. My wife ended up spitting out most of her chicken and we were both extremely disappointed.
Train your staff!
Bathroom was discusting, kitchen and prep areas had grease & dirt buildup around the legs of equipment.
Is there a French fry shortage? Every time we go there, there's always a shortage of something! At least they gave me 5 tenders.
The wost place to eat there food is not cooked and they constantly mess up the order
Terrible old cooking oil, broken chicken leg the size of a wing drum. This place is aweful.
Food was standard fare for this chain. Counter service was excellent!!

Wait in drive thru was insanely long, was told to pull forward and then proceeded to wait an additional 20 minutes on top of the 10 minute wait in the drive thru, insanely slow.
Need to learn how to make taco bell products.

I had mashed potatoes with gravy and coleslaw it was good but not that Homestyle taste that I was hoping for the service was average the atmosphere I used the drive-thru. A little too expensive for the size portion but that's how it is today

The chicken was raw, and manager wouldn't do anything about my terrible experience.
This store should be closed because my experience and the ratings the store have been give. Maybe Kamala fixed my chicken! LOL District manager would not return my call to him. Chick Tartare I guess

Restaurant is a nasty mess. I am a local dasher. Was waiting for an order they didn’t have the drink prepared nor was the bag labeled correctly. My only job is to pick the order up and deliver it it’s the stores job to make sure all these other things are done properly in which they did not. Business needs to be shut down until they get better management
