Easily the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. I don’t expect much from fast food in the first place, but if I have to assemble my own taco because you threw it all in the bottom of the bag, should I just come back there and do the rest of your job for you? Should I raise the cattle as well? Additionally, if I order something, the cashier calls the order back to the kitchen and I hear, “For what?” it’s not encouraging. It’s for a customer. You work at a fast food restaurant.

I’d give it zero stars if I could. “we don’t have chicken right now” and you try to order tacobell and “we can’t do soft tacos right now”. So basically you’re closed? Lol , and it’s such a reoccurring thing as well.

What kind of KFC tells you they don't have any chicken this has happened twice on a Tuesday seems like they don't want you to get the $10 chicken deal must be poor management if you can't order chicken and you work for a chicken place
The front cashier was complaining how bad things were there. Yelling for change from the manager.and listening to employees complaint to each other Very disorganized and a dirty kitchen and floor. Very disappointed for such a nice town
We were not greeted when we walked in. My husband and I spent a few minutes deciding our order before placing it with what seemed to be the manager, cashier, and tyrant. After deciding, we found out that KFC would be an HOUR long wait. So I adjusted my order accordingly. We overheard the manager tell other guests who entered Taco Bell would be a 30 minute wait, which was not shared with us. We ended up waiting about 10 minutes for our food in which time the manager barked orders at employees without listening to a word they said and told guests who walked in it would be an hour wait (no apology). She also practically shouted at a pick up guest that she needed the name on his order, not the number. He eventually found it, who knows what would have happened had he not. The burrito my husband got was somehow burnt and cold at the same time and the beans were clumped together in chunky, crispy bites. To top it all off, the table where we sat to eat was filthy. The bathrooms were clean. That’s all we got for pros.

Some district manager was there chewing people out about how they failed a health inspection multiple times now in the lobby and I guess performing performance reviews in the lobby in front of guests. They'd only been open for an hour and my food was freaking terrible somehow already stale. Do not want to come back ever.

I didn't order a smash burrito, I ordered a burrito, someone in the kitchen must have step up at it, this is not normal, not to mention the rice that was like mush, a chipotle sauce that tasted like water, and the cantina bowl was a total disaster, I ordered meat and they gave me both chicken and steak, and the steak was tough, the rice was like mush because it was very thin, it had no beans, the vegetables looked old, it's Taco Bell food, better order chicken but there's a gas station further down that probably has better chicken

On June 30, I went through the drive through at KFC in Tappahannock , my debit card was charged twice, I made several trips back there to try to get my money back, finally I was given a 800 number to call, where a lady took my information and as of today July 23 Noone has refunded my money, this is very poor customer service and I will not go back to KFC ever again, and for anyone who goes there if you use a debit card becareful and please check your receipt before you leave because if you are overcharged as I was you will never get your money back
I have been disappointed time and time at Tapp KFC from the horrible customer service, to a very unclean not to mention the multiple health code violations like not one employee wearing gloves cross contaminating between chicken from the KFC side to Taco Bell never washing hands since the lack of gloves, to literally having no chicken. . . Seriously though!!! But tonight I wasn't disappointed my son was who was having an emotional day all he wanted was a chicken sandwich and a large Mac n cheese all for him and no one else to spend $16 to get a fraction of a large that was dry with crunchy noodles with burnt parts all throughout it! Thank you Tappahannock KFC for ruining the only thing my son asked for tonight, y'all outdid yourselves tonight!!!

They were out of dark meat at 7:30 pm??! The white meat I got had been under the warmer a LONG time: dark brown, shrunken, dry and stringy. Lots of loud yelling back and forth behind the counter.

I was at the drive thru the other day and it sounded like the boy working there who looked really young was trying really hard to give customer service. He was doing so good. He let us wait for our order and we got it. He was very nice to us. Thanks KFC ☺
