Got food for my niece and nephew. Found a roach UNDER the lid of my nephew's drink. All I have to say is disgusting and will not be coming back again.

I'm so appalled by this McDonald's because every time, and I'm not exaggerating, it's every time they find a way to forget something, and you know what's the worst part? They forget about my food. If the whole family gets 3 mediums and a 7-year-old gets a Happy Meal, and then you get a large, they will find a way to forget something. This happened today, so they ordered 3 mediums and the 7-year-old a Happy Meal, and I got a large, and they forgot my large. The craziest part is this wasn't even their first time, because a while ago I ordered a large and a 10-piece, and I don't know what they ordered, and surprise, surprise, they forgot my large fry and my chicken nuggets. We gave this McDonald's too many chances, so I'm done with this McDonald's, and whoever was our person, they need to get fired immediately.

My kids enjoy it as a treat day. I’m a drive thru girlie so I can’t speak on the indoor atmosphere. The young girls that work in there are always friendly, upbeat, and polite. So I make sure I provide the same to them! Customer service at a fast food joint is never easy, but for the most part, they do a good job keeping up with demand.

This McDonalds has to be one of the worst ones! I have gone a few times and it is never what I expect when it comes to the quality and atmosphere. Today I ordered a lunch and didn’t get what I ordered. Large fry with a medium and the six piece chicken nuggets were a four piece. This is not the first time things like this have happened here! Not at all the standard of the brand! Unfortunately there’s not much to choose from on a half hour break!

When you pay five dollars for a drink, you don't want the entire cup filled with ice and when I tried to address it, he was very disrespectful and rude. I spent so much money with McDonald's I am severely hurt. I'm good to people.
