There were no customers ahead of me, just Newport’s out back lung cancer coughs, THEN she got to it. Finally being made now @915

How do you have 1 person working at the counter & doing mobile orders? I waited for over 20 min to order a sub. Ridiculous. She was a white lady with grayish hair. 10:20am. Run the cameras back to see how great her service is, don’t worry wont be returning.

Terrible location! Toaster for bread is broken, ice for soda is broken and they were out of some toppings that we wanted. Would not recommend!

Pass 3 orders from this restaurant there has been something wrong, this time I can’t let it go the foot long Doritos some dont even look like Dorito's anymore and threw the wrong toppings on it in the past ive had the subs bread swapped and cold steak subs.
Shop at the warsaw location we have had better luck there
I walked in and asked a question about a sub, and the employee caught a nasty attitude with me about it. I have never experience such terrible customer service. I turned around and walked out. I wish I would have gotten her name so I could add it in the review. It was an older African American lady. I will never come here again.

This place is horrendous. The management doesn't even run the store properly considering that the employees seem to never have the things they need in order to run the store. There was never a manager at the establishment, I cannot believe the managers or whomever runs subway can say that this place is good. It's closed currently and by the looks of it, i don't think I would want to dine in such a disgusting place again. I would rate it 0 stars if it weren't for the fact Google gives these unqualified restaurants pity points.

If the store has nothing available besides drinks for their customers then they need to close, when I place a DoorDash order and the driver is only able to bring drinks because the store is still open with NOTHING to make sandwiches it is a problem. Management needs to do better because this is ridiculous.
