Ordered 3 subs for delivery. Doordash waited so long, the kept handing off the order. I received my order and hour and a half later. It was cold and I paid for fresh mozzarella which is almost $4 and didn't even get it. I will never order from subway again. Tappahannock subway is the absolute worst. And I paid extra for express delivery and they didn't even make my sub until an hour and half after I placed the order. Furious!!!! The management sucks and its a shame that this subway has gotten this bad.

My family had a wonderful experience at this subway. We were driving through town for a motocross trip and stopped to have a quick bite to eat. The staff was extremely friendly. Food was good! Made fresh cookies for us!

I've gone in some days and had an excellent experience, but there are other days that have been soo bad. Last summer, I went in and they announced that they had no vegetables and so I had to leave, another time, last week, I went in and it wasn't real busy but the girls working were in no hurry at all. I stood in line for 10 mins and didn't move. The girls behind the counter were out there for a minute but then went into the back section and didn't come back out after five more minutes I walked out. Other times the service has been superb. Most of the time it is what you would expect from a Subway.
We were out of town and found this Subway. When we walked in there were a few people in line. It wasn't too long of a wait. I ordered the Roast beef sub. The lettuce looked like it was on its last leg, withered and some was brown. They also didn't have spinach as an option, maybe they were just out of it today... Idk. I also ordered a macadamia nut, chocolate chip, and raspberry cookie. The sub was alright. The cookies were good. The macadamia one was my fav. Those cookies satisfy your sweet tooth. The cashier was kinda dry. She wasn't rude but she didn't really say anything. Customer service was slack. But it wasn't my worst experience. They have olive oil and red wine vinegar in the condiment area. The restaurant was clean and their restroom was clean also. It was an average visit.
