The front cashier was complaining how bad things were there. Yelling for change from the manager.and listening to employees complaint to each other Very disorganized and a dirty kitchen and floor. Very disappointed for such a nice town

Tacos come burnt, or stale, takes upwards to 15min while your the only one there, and whoever is making the burritos you need a different job because Jesus you can't make one if your life depended on it

What is this? First you gave me a something I didn’t order I go back in to get the right thing what the heck is this? It’s cold and not even browned on the outside. This is supposed to be a chicken Cantina and looks nothing like it. Get your establishment straight for crying out loud. This is the worst place I’ve been.

I used to eat here a few months ago but eventually stopped for good reasons. This mainly to do between the environment and the food. 1. I remember seeing that some woman who had messed up teeth and red hair, most likely a manager. She got angry at the drive thru employee and chewed him out (The drive thru employee was an African American young man) for simply asking for help which led to 3 other employees going outside??? Get rid of that woman if this is happening! That's what's causing the slow service! Constantly yelling at other team members does not make service any better! 2. The chicken has decreased in quality. The white meat seeming to be somewhat dry or undercooked. 3. It also seems that another manager, yells really loud at the other employees over the most little things ever. It's so childish! The customers, even me can hear him from where we were sitting! And cussing around the elderly? Seriously? What's wrong with this place. It's no longer the same.

Just skip this one. Super slow service, stale soft taco shells, angry manager complaint about being targeted and just dirty. Trash cans are overfull, tables are not cleaned off, and missing straws, cup tops, etc. Not worth pulling off the road for.

This is the most nastiest KFC/Taco Bell. I have ever eaten at half the time they don’t get your food in the bag they don’t or you order something they wanna give you one scoop of mashed potato talk that’s all you get and you pay like five dollars for a damn one scoop Ordered Mexican pizzas. They were so stale ordered bean burritos. They were disgusting. They were stealing and hard. I do not recommend this place at all actually they should shut it down.

Employees are not customer friendly 😒
The restroom was disgusting, and the kitchen/food prep areas behind the counter we're also very dirty. Not just food that landed on the floor from prepping, cooking and bagging, but grease buildup on the floor around the legs of equipment between the counter and the kitchen. Gross.
I got more salt than chips everything was off my burrito was burnt and the tea had a ridiculous amount of sugar tasted like drinking syrup definitely not stopping here again!!!
I was here 12/30/24 in the evening. The manager chewed out an employee in a way that the whole restaurant could hear, about napkins. I and another customer waited 20 minutes for our food, then mine was wrong (I didn’t complain because I was hungry and didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes) the other customer was still waiting when I ate and then left. The manager walked by several times and didn’t help the customers or employees that were trying to do all the jobs (the cashier made my quesadilla, which is also why I didn’t complain that it was a little wrong, not her job). After walking by a few times the manager walked out to have a break in the parking lot and smoked right by the door, yuck, and spoke loudly and aggressively on the phone. Taco Bell/KFC can find better management, the cashier from tonight would do a great job.
