Although it has changed owners several times, both good and bad it really all depends on what day it is in who is working there

Tried to order takeout and the lady was pretty rude and said all they have is hotdogs and hamburgers but they were out of cheese, onion, tomatoes, lettuce, chili, fries and I'm like so you basically don't have anything and she's snapped that they could go to the store to get stuff; I just hung up and took my business elsewhere

The entire environment was weird. The hostess/waitress was talking loudly in her ear piece. She smacked our table and made fun of the fact we didn’t want ranch with our fries. The bathrooms were gross. We weren’t given any napkins or cutlery. Our food was subpar, the sandwich looked like it’d be smashed. There was a group of men coming and going, walking in and out of kitchen. Unprofessional. Unprepared. Online reviews are misleading but assuming this is new ownership from the apparent glory days of 2019. Do yourself a favor and go through McDonald’s at the bottom of entrance...

The server had no knowledge of the menu and the special of the day was spaghetti and garlic hotdog buns just warmed up it was cold and it was 11 bucs and a burger with bacon the bacon was under cooked beef Pattie was tasteless it was 8.50 for that and fries and our drinks was flat and nasty I will never go back there..

Awesome food and very friendly staff. This place has risen from the ashes.

Staff is really is not very good at what they do and they didn't wear masks to protect from covid-19 or exposing customer to it and acted like they could care less about the customer and they never have anything you order and the always wiping their hands on their face any touching everything,so stay away from here!

Chili was a chopped up burnt hamburger, The cheeseburgers were so dry I needed a pound of ketchup to make it edible, Staff coughed into HAND and didn't sanitize, NO masks were worn, Staff was not knowledgeable about menu, They were out of every side we requested had to make substitutions.McDonald's would've been cheaper, safer ,and much tastier!!Do not go here!!

the sink in the ladies restroom didnt have any water. we ordered cream potatoes, got stewed potatoes which were very salty. very pricey for the portions

We had seen this place while in Tazwell and wanted to give it a try. Due to time constraints we weren't able to until Oct 8. We both ordered the hamburger steak. As we waited, 3 undercover police and 2 uniformed police came in and cuffed all 3 employees and 4 customers. We were told the plain clothes cops were with the drug task force. After a 10 to 15 min wait and questioning, we were told to leave. We didn't get our food but I give them 5 stars on the excitement value. I guess we should stick with less excitement at the wing place we usually go to.

I woke up looking forward to getting breakfast this morning, but have to say I was SUPER disappointed. When we walked in the floor was VERY dirty and sticky. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I ordered water with lemon and they were out of lemon, then I ordered orange juice and they were put of that. The biscuit with gravy was hard as a rock and would barely cut with a knife. My husband ordered bacon and they were also out of that. On top of everything our hash browns were in nothing but grease. I'm not sure what has changed, but sadly we won't be back.

Had breakfast there this morning, only one waitress on duty and they were a little busy. Took forever to get our food. And personally, mine was cold. Others were missing items and all around poor food quality. Instead of making French toast, they use cinnamon raisin bread. Such a disappointment for quality. The best part was the waitresses ability to maintain her upbeat attitude and always helpful.

Very good food, friendly people.Friday music was a nice surprise.Will definitely be back.

Good place to eat and friendly staff

The wait staff is great.The cook needs severe training in food safety and service.The dishwasher needs manners and to quit screaming out obscenities.This was supposed to be a family restaurant but I thought I was mixed in with a group of sailors.This place needs alot of work to be respectable.
