I was at Hardee’s of Tazewell today and the experience I had will keep me from EVER eating at this FAST FOOD RESTAURANT again. I was asked by the drive through person to pull up to the white line at the front of the building to wait for my food, even though there was no one else in line, I told him if someone else pulled up I would move but as long as I was the only customer I was not playing the game withe their metrics timer. The employee left the window and retrieved the manager whom all but cussed at me insisting it is company policy 5hat customers pull away from the window and wait for their food, I informed her I as I had already told the attendant, when someone else came in line I would but did not feel it was proper to pull up and wait for fast food. That pissed her off as she rudely informed me Hardee’s has an identification issue, that they don’t serve fast food! As she was so rude to me I asked for my money back, she turned away from me slamming the window shut. As I knocked on the window to ensure she heard my request, she attended to another customer at the front counter, then returned to me with a full refund, I asked to pay for the soda that I was already given, the manager said “ DONT WORRY ABOUT IT JUST GET OUT OF MY DRIVE THROUGH. THIS IS THE REASON I WILL NEVER EAT FROM THIS FAST FOOD RESTRUANT EVER AGAIN AND WILL MAKE SURE EVERY ONE I KNOW HEARS THIS EXPLANATION OF WHY. GOOD LUCK TRYING TO BE McDONLDS, CHEATING THE METRICS. BY THE TIME YOU THREW YOUR FIT I COULD HAVE GOTTEN MY FOOD AND. BEEN ON MY WAY. PISS POOR SERVICE WHAT A SHAME HARDEES, TAZEWELL VA.

It was my fault for not looking before I left, but they forgot My hashbrowns and I went and turned around really quick and they have a curb in the middle of the parking lot and I hit it really hard on accident. I didn’t see it and I finally get back to the window after waiting forever And they were very rude about it. Acting like I was lying about it and when they finally gave it to me. Didn’t say a word im not going back there.

The food was stale and there was more breading than actually chicken it’s ridiculous for the price, the customer service was lousy and not to mention the sprite and coke tasted like soap, the food gave us terrible stomach aches. Overall will not be coming back unless it was my very last option.
Who charges for lettuce. I knew they charged for tomatoes, but lettuce. Hardee's all about that all mighty dollar. Lot has changed since the good crew worked out there.
Food quality and the Lady Gina. who manages the Tazewell Virginia restaurant is top notch.. This restaurant used to be terrible but I'll give it a 5 now.. Keep up the good work

The staff in Tazewell is amazing. Their customer service during Helene Hurricane was excellent under extreme conditions. They deserve recognition for being efficient and effective in handling orders, team work and customer service. Thank you for being there for us for 3days of coffee and breakfast along with wi-fi availability. GREAT JOB AND SERVICE!
