The staff in Tazewell is amazing. Their customer service during Helene Hurricane was excellent under extreme conditions. They deserve recognition for being efficient and effective in handling orders, team work and customer service. Thank you for being there for us for 3days of coffee and breakfast along with wi-fi availability. GREAT JOB AND SERVICE!

The lady working the frount counter was one of the rules people a have ment she was very unprofessional she threw the food on the tray and if she was ask for something like salt and pepper she threw it also 8/31/24 7:45 am
Restaurant was not very clean. Lady taking my order was not nice and borderline rude. Despite dining in, my food was delivered in a to go bag. Had to go back to the counter to request utensils. Food was okay but not the best.

We dined in, they no longer serve Roastbeef sandwiches. Honestly that’s the only thing I cared about. The Hot Ham & Cheese is good. But they put it on an old, dry, falling apart biscuit. What would it hurt to put it on a bun. I’m just saying……………
