One of the best KFC’s we go to! Service is great, staff is friendly and fast. The food is some of the best food KFC has offered. We go to the Lincolnshire Park down the road every week and stop by here for dinner once in awhile. Their food is just so much better than the others in the area and they have a large dinning room that is pretty clean so we like going inside to eat dinner. We drive 30 minutes out of the way just so we can come to this one. If you like KFC, this is definitely one that you want to stop at.

I have been before and service was better but this prior time not only did I get to the window wait 4 minutes before being greeted, but had to give my order again. After placing the order again, one staff member asked about giving additional white meat items, knowing there had been a mess up, and the team lead was like no mix it with white and dark. Such a bad trip.
On the other side of things staff is typically nice and they care about customer's time and happiness. Also there is a pizza hut attached so its great if you wish to have mix meals for the family. If the bad customer service, mentioned above, continues I will decrease this rating.

My dad went to KFC today and prices have skyrocketed! He'd been getting 2 3-piece meals for $18.11 2 breast and 1 wing plus two sides for the past few months but today they told him the total would be $31 plus change for the same order! That is just ridiculous! My dad told her to forget it and left. Im surprised they have any business if these are their new prices. He wont be returning he says and i dont blame him!
