This McDonalds and the one just up the road in claypool hill, Va must have a competition on who can be the worst McDonald’s in Virginia. Each time I decide to risk it go there 9 times out 10 I never get the correct order or it’s made completely wrong. I could possibly understand if they were slammed but It doesn’t matter if I’m the only in line or not it’s always a good bet my food is wrong. This location needs a complete overhaul or change in personal because this is unacceptable! I mean I could understand handing out the wrong order or making it wrong every now and then but almost everytime, seriously!
