So I stopped by earlier today with a fellow coworker and had lunch here. The food was tasty the atmosphere was good the people were very friendly. My coworker had a blt and said it was good. I had ordered a Reuben, and it was really good and well made. They let us try some green habanero hot sauce it had a bit of a bite but was really good. Then I became adventurous when I saw one of the new menu items. It's called the dragon backer, and if you like spice or heat, it's really good and tasty. I recommend that you stop by and try the food .

This little deli is awesome and the quality of both the sandwiches and customer service are above and beyond for Tazewell! I highly recommend you give them a try asap, as you are missing out. I had the made to order roast beef, pepper Jack cheese and all the condiments on a double pressed white deli roll. Yummy to say the least. I ordered 4 total for myself and work crew and we all loved them. On top of it all, they give public workers, school employees , veterans and first responders a 10% discount. I recently sold a restaurant in Oregon and can say these guys are on their way to success if the Community of Tazewell supports them .

Had a sandwich from Shepard's Deli today and I must say it was delicious. Very generous portion of meat and toasted to perfection. Would definitely recommend to stop by and grab a sandwich.
