Went when it was busy, I didn't mind that so much because most of the towns power was out. 9/27/24. Understandable that they were slammed. But when we got to order it was pretty basic with 4 burger meals all with fries and drinks. We were handed our food and drove away. My daughter handed me a couple fries and they were barely warm! I was extremely disappointed since I figured they would be fresh based upon how busy they were. They were not very good and the burgers, meh. Good enough, better than the fries I tell ya. Drinks were fine, but don't say you marked the root beer (x2) and the coke wasn't. The coke was marked as one of the root beers, good thing I don't mind root beer, but it's not that hard to distinguish drinks! I've worked at fast food for quite a while. Not sure if I'll go back or not, or maybe at least i won't order the fries, because their shakes are good.

This place is slower than it’s ever been and they have absolutely awful customer service. Their staff needs retrained on everything from taking orderly mannerly to preparing the food.

Not a big deal, def interesting. Pulled in to one of the order screens vs. drive thru. Speaker worked, card reader did not. When we asked for ketchup, the runner said "there's some inside", then relented and brought several sticky packets.

It's been over a year since I've eat at Tazewell Sonic..I was hoping it was better.. Boy was I wrong..I got a super sonic cheeseburger combo and the burger was terrible.. The lettuce and tomato was like it was microwaved..Tots were cooked in oil that was probably two months old and the Cherry limeade tasted like sewer water with no Cherries or Limes..
