The woman at the window cared more about what another employee was doing. He was walking around talking, didn’t see him work at all, he just stood there mocking the window lady when she asked if the food was done. We watched what I assume was one of the cooks, guy with dark long hair and a big mustache, throw a sandwich in the bag and proceed to smack the bag around with gloved hands. We ended up missing one of our sandwiches and then left. Once we got our food out of the bag one of the sandwiches had paper from I guess the cheese still on it. Employees sucked but the manager there was very nice and is probably trying her best.

Used to be a great place when Jack was the manager, I ordered a large chili with onion was halfway done eating and found a chewed up piece of gum in it I called the store and the manager basically said was that there is nothing they can do about it.
I think the name of nice lady was Charlene. She made sure my food was made exactly how I ordered. I drive from NC to VA once a month and I always stop here.

The experience from her was not good at all. The guy who took my order was extremely RUDE. My husband explained that it was showing 2 chocolate frostys on our screen outside and explained to him and the guy was EXTREMELY rude to him about it. When we got to the window they were being rude talking bad about other customers. They also didn’t ring up my husbands sandwich correctly like he asked for it. Then when we got to the window to pay for our food they didn’t even give us our drinks and we had to go back and get our drinks. I have worked at Wendy’s myself and I know firsthand how everything is supposed to be handled and this was simply not it. If I could give 0 stars I would!

This place use to be amazing when it was ran by Jack. Now it's ran by idiots and teenagers who are always high. Can't even get an order right and gave me a biggie bag with the normal sandwich when I ordered the double stack on both of my biggie bags. paid 4 dollars extra for nothing. Then they gave me the wrong total amount saying it was cheaper than it was and when I got to the window I had to pay more. I also had to wait 15 minutes to get my order. I never leave reviews but this just ticked me off.
