I ordered 2 biggie bags and baconator fries (which I’ve order multiple time). I received no forks nor was the cheese on my food melted. The person taking my order was absolutely rude. They also had no drinks except sweet tea and lemonade, and the worker got rude with me because I asked.
Although the wait was long due to them being short staffed, Vernice(I hope I’m typing that right) and Melinda were so sweet and offered great customer service by keeping me informed.
I love Wendy's - it's my go to cheat meal since I have to watch the salt. The burgers are always on point and I love that I can get a baked potato since I can't have their fries.
