Ordered almost 40 dollars worth of food for three people, Chicken tenders were mummified, the kids meal grilled cheese was cold CHEESE WASN'T EVEN MELTED the fries smelled and taste like old fryer oil. Never eating there again.

I normally don’t write reviews but after the experience today I felt like i had to. We pull up to the drive thru and the woman takes our order. She proceeds to tell us they are only accepting cash at this time and we told her it wasn’t an issue. She sounded angry that we decided to get food anyways. She never disclosed the total or told us to move forward. She just added everything up and we eventually drove to the pickup window. She then tells us how much it was and we gave her the cash. After she gave us the food we asked if we could get ranch as well if she didn’t mind because we didn’t receive it. She slammed the window shut and we waited for five minutes. She then opened the window and tried to hand us someone else’s food thinking we had driven off. We told her we were still waiting on ranch and she proceeds to hand us one and never says thank you, come again, nothing. Just silent throughout the whole interaction and being rude pretty purposely. She was very unprofessional! If you hate your job that much just leave!

If I could give 0 star I would!! Let me start saying that I never ever wrote bad reviews and most of the time if something bad happens I just keep it for myself…but not this time; even because it’s not the first time that happens in this store. I placed a mobile order at 11:29 (picture attached) of 2 large fries…so nothing crazy! The app says: “pick up time 11:35”. At 11:35 I walk in the store to get my pick up order and the scene is insane…there is a guy waiting for his food in line; a woman with a small kid waiting to order with NOBODY serving them and a group of 3 people waiting behind the woman. I look for the “mobile order pickup” area to get my order and it was covered with buckets of cleaning products; probably to clean the floor and a pile of trays. (Picture attached). Not having a place for the pick up I had to wait the whole line of people if front of me that needed to place their order at the counter. I walked out with my 2 large fries at 11:51; and of course they were out of napkins…but that is a standard. So my question is…what is the point of ordering ahead if I have to wait anyway the whole line and have buckets of floor cleaning products where I am supposed to get my pick up order? I’m sorry but the experience in this “fast” food is horrible every single time and today was the last time.

Ordered 3 burgers, hot dog, fries. The 3 burgers were stacked and they put the hot dog on its side beside the hamburgers. The juices from the chili ran out onto the bottom of the bag. Also do not like the new French fries. Always hard.

Hardee's has never been my go-to fast food burger place and now that I live five minutes from one it still isn't. I've never been inside this location I've only used the drive thru at breakfast time. The staff has have always been friendly but it seems to take longer than expected to get my order. The food is always good but the two times I've ordered sweet tea the tea has been terrible. It tasted like unsweet tea and the first time I thought maybe they heard that by mistake but the second time I decided I would give up on ordering that.
