So this happened months ago but its was so rude that I felt like I had to leave a review. So back in late summer I had popped here to get some ice cream because I had a really bad day at work and wanted a little pick me up. I had only been here a few times before this interaction and never had any issues. However today I went and the lady working asked what I wanted and I said “a coffee shake” and before I could even say anything else she said “your total is ___” and brought me to the screen to pay, I was using apple pay so I tapped and as I tapped I said “can i also get whipped cream on it please?” And she gave me the dirtiest look ever, jerked the screen around set up and had me pay a couple cents for the whipped cream. (Like I had already payed and she set up a whole separate payment for the whipped cream) I have no problem paying for extras (like whipped cream, syrups, etc.) but I just didn’t know that this placed charged for whipped cream, idk if she thought I was trying to “scam” her for free whipped cream but she was just so rude about it. While I was pulling up my apple pay she just stared at me and then when I payed she slammed the window in my face. Legit went to my car and cried afterwards bc I just wanted some ice cream to cheer up and was met with someone who was obviously also having a bad day and decided to take it out on me. From then on i’ve just never went back, do yourself a favor and just go to sweets in broadway. Everyone there is so nice and the ice cream is better anyways.

If you go to Broadway. Timberville, area, you need to stop in at j j's soft serve. Price is Very reasonable and the serving size is above average. They will go out of their way to make exactly what you want.
