I finished my driving shift for the day. I go in to get some food at Subway. A protein bowl to be exact. The employee whose name is Chris. Was making my protein bowl. He’s doing the veggies and then he gets to the meat. And he starts putting whole pieces of meat the size of pancakes on top of my protein bowl salad. And I ask him hey can you cut the meat please? And he says that they don’t cut the meat anymore on protein bowls. He says they stopped doing it three years ago. Me knowing that’s a blatant lie. I drive all over the country. There’s subways in every truckstop. And if they do anything, they cut the meat on a protein bowl so I told him I don’t want it. I talked to a manager. And he told me the same thing that they don’t cut the meat anymore. I don’t care about the veggies. But at least cut the meat. You guys just give out a fork. And expect people to eat a salad with pancake sized meat on it uncut. I find it to be very unprofessional. I find it to be lazy. You cut bread all day. But you can’t cut the meat for the salad? And the employee, Chris insults my intelligence. By telling me they don’t have The tools to cut the meat. I said you got a dozen knives. He tells me that they can’t use those for cutting meat. what sense does that make??? You’re cutting through sandwiches that have meat all through them. They use them in every state that I go to. i’m calling the corporate office tomorrow to address this. Because this is ridiculous. Truck drivers are your business. When we come off the road we want food. And then you have employees that don’t feel like doing something. Just lie to your face. When you eat Subway all the time all over the country. I didn’t ask him to perform brain surgery. I just asked him to cut the meat on my protein bowl. When you have employees that can care less about your business working for you. It looks bad on your store. You’re Employees represent the company. The manager had to come out and cut the meat for my protein bowl. Because Chris just didn’t feel like doing his job.

I was going to order the beast, I've had this sandwich at numerous subways from several states. I always request to replace the pepperoni with turkey, because the pepperoni more often then not give me a bad case of acid reflux. I've had no problems from other stores, in fact all of them were happy to help me out. I asked to replace the pepperoni with turkey here and was told that they can't do that, if they did it would be an extra charge, that's really odd, so to replace one meat with a different meat costs extra ? That makes no sense to me at all. I chose not to order the sandwich after that. I just ordered a cantina chicken bowl from Taco Bell. I saved money. Needless to say, I won't be spending money at this subway
