For the actual oysters and ambience Merroir is the best dining experience I've ever had (grew up on the Gulf of Mexico coast, been to Indian Pass, Apalachicola, etc.). The grilled flounder oscar was over the top fantastic food.
Sitting outside on a beautiful day with a view of the water; great food (seafood (oysters) is its specialty); great service; and enjoying great seafood with a cool, refreshing beer. What could be better? Five Stars. Bring your family and friends for a most enjoyable, relaxing experience.
Merrior is a lovely spot for oysters, drinks, and quintessential bay views. Placed adjacent to a boatyard and looking East to the bay, you can sit in shade or enjoy the sun. Seasonal gazpacho, oyster po boy, and raw bar were all excellent.
