Julio provides shockingly rude service. We go to the mall often, but avoid Auntie Anne’s whenever he is at the counter. Once, he refused to use the coupon on the app. Interestingly, he always expects to be tipped for such rude service! We are not going anywhere near his rage!

Rude service. I presented a coupon after selecting the item I wanted. The man behind the register sighed and gave major attitude, groaned, and said, ”You show the coupon at the beginning. Why would you show at the end?“ I didn’t know, and if he wanted to inform me he could have in a more friendlier way. I don’t work there. I‘m not a regular. I wouldn‘t know the ways.

I tried Auntie Anne’s for the first time on 3/09/24. I ordered a lemonade and mini pretzel dogs. The service was fast and good. The lemonade was delicious, and the mini pretzel dogs were tasty. If you are at this mall and need a snack this is a great option.
Parking: They have free parking decks
Kid-friendliness: If you kid likes hot dogs or pretzels they will love this place.

This location refuses to sell small size pretzel bites? They claim to only have large, despite the menu options. I’ve been told this on multiple occasions of visiting this location and I think it’s ridiculous because they’re just lying? Like you don’t have small cups? I don’t believe you.
