It was my first time to go to this restaurant with friends and unfortunately we had a bad experience because our waiter was rude and not helpful. We asked for ice an extra glass and he rudely responded that they can’t provide us extra glass or ice. Also, we asked for separate check and he said he can’t do that; I am wondering these days all restaurants have this option. Also he made a mistake on my order and brought the wrong side but because he already annoyed us, I didn’t say anything. The food was average but I am going back

Stopped in for a quick lunch bite at the bar! Great drink and menu selection - i believe they have daily HH. Everything was easy going and great! During the summer the other side of the bar opens up garage style doors for outdoor bar seating!

Nice ambience for casual brunch, very bright and airy, and delicious food! Will return soon!

The food and the waiter were excellent. The host was also very nice. Disappointed they didn't give free dessert for the birthday person. Paid $12 for a slice of cake.

12/25: zero stars.. and this is my favorite hotel for years..absolutely disgusting the smell in the lobby covered by air freshner. I am worried for the workers. The girl at the desk does not smell anything because she is congested. She said smell going on for over a month. My waiter was so out of it. He didn’t get anything right. I told him maybe you are getting sick from the methane smell in the lobby. I asked if he even noticed that every person for breakfast was wearing their coats.. some hats. Absolute freezing with draft from windows. Yes, a sewage smell in a hotel can be dangerous because it indicates sewer gas, primarily hydrogen sulfide (H2S), which at high levels can cause severe respiratory issues, unconsciousness, and even death, plus it's flammable; while low levels usually just cause irritation, it's crucial to complain to hotel staff immediately to change rooms, ventilate, and get the issue fixed due to potential health risks and fire hazards.

I just didn't like the food. I ordered pork belly starter and it was a cube of fat, not even fried to be tasty. They have gluten free options, but all the food we ordered was just so fat that we didn't even finish it. The only good thing was the Cider.

Having stayed at the Hyatt many times and visited B&B on prior occasions, I was disappointed by the lack of service on this lunch with the in-laws. Either they were understaffed around the holiday time or servers chose to be unattentive. Two simple food modifications were missed.

I had the B&B Benedict and found the ham a bit too salty so I pulled most of it off. Overall the meal was nice.

Just wanted to give props to our waiter Justin who was very attentive, personable and welcoming. He said he has been with your company now for 8 years. We can see why. He is certainly an asset.
