Barrel & Bushel used to be a great place to hang and for the food. Lately not so sure about it. The food was mediocre and the service was sort of lame!
At the Hyatt Regency, it feels standalone. A great Tysons Corner spot.
It was the worst food I have ever eaten. Service is bad. Food comes and you have to go after them to open the service. They try to take my plate before I finish my food. We do not recommend it.
Went here with my family 5/31, we waited a little longer than we’d like for our food but it was very tasty. Also not pictured is the old fashioned I drank which was also very good! Our server was nice, she seemed very busy/short with us but it was a Saturday night. We will be back!
food was nothing special. attitude and service poor. ordered a draft beer. it bad a foul taste. when i looked at the beer faucets, they where caked in gunk. female GM was VERY rude. i will never ever eat hear again
Came here for happy hour with a friend. We ordered pretzel, deviled eggs and mini chicken sliders. Plates were overpriced even with happy hour discount and not worth it. I was hoping for something better on their menu for happy hour. Service was poor, our waiter was not helpful.
I had a date night there with my husband and it was such a nice experience. The food was good, the service was great and the night was amazing! Can't wait to be back
Great vibes and great food! Perfect for a Sunday brunch with friends and in a prime location. Easy access to the parking lot and other restaurants and stores.
Wanted to eat light. Shared the Mediterranean salad bowl and a crab cake with my date. Delicious and the crab cake is cooked perfectly. Will definitely go again.
Had dinner here with a buddy last night and we had a great experience. I got the Salmon and it was perfectly cooked. Very moist and flaky. My buddy got the Turley sandwich and he said "this might be in the top 5 sandwiches I have ever eaten". I will definitely be going back, the food was awesome.

I'm sure our server tried his best and was nice, but it took almost 15 mins just for us to get waters and place our drink orders. I enjoyed the tiramisu espresso martini, but my friends two vodka martinis came out completely different from each other (one had lemon juice in it) and took an extra 3-4 minutes to come out after mine. Perhaps they were transitioning from brunch—it gave the feeling like we were kind of an afterthought. The food was good (sliders mussels and loaded tots) and the hostesses were very kind. Overall odd experience.
The food was fantastic however the service was not that great. The waiter was polite but my water glass was spotty and it took a few times for me to remind my waiter to bring the beverage I ordered. I also ordered dessert but had no utensils to eat it with. I had to flag down a different waiter for utensils. I will continue to dine at this restaurant but hopefully I will have a different waiter that is a little more attentive.
My wife and I went here to start off a date night before we went to see a show at the Capital One Hall. We were both pleasantly surprised at how great Barrel & Bushel was. Fast service and great food. We plan to go back.
I only grabbed a latté here. I stayed in the adjoining hotel and needed some caffeine for the evening festivities. The restaurant is very beautiful inside. I like that there is a separate counter for coffee and pastries. Not much to comment on, but the latté was good! And, the prices were fair especially when compared to other things in the area.
Ate there for lunch on a Monday a couple weeks ago for the first time. Not a lot of people in, which was great. The lamb burger was delicious, and so was the salmon. I'd go back for the dinner service.
