The food and the waiter were excellent. The host was also very nice. Disappointed they didn't give free dessert for the birthday person. Paid $12 for a slice of cake.
I just didn't like the food. I ordered pork belly starter and it was a cube of fat, not even fried to be tasty. They have gluten free options, but all the food we ordered was just so fat that we didn't even finish it. The only good thing was the Cider.

Having stayed at the Hyatt many times and visited B&B on prior occasions, I was disappointed by the lack of service on this lunch with the in-laws. Either they were understaffed around the holiday time or servers chose to be unattentive. Two simple food modifications were missed.
I had the B&B Benedict and found the ham a bit too salty so I pulled most of it off. Overall the meal was nice.
Just wanted to give props to our waiter Justin who was very attentive, personable and welcoming. He said he has been with your company now for 8 years. We can see why. He is certainly an asset.

Great food, service was average and the restaurant is extremely difficult to get too poor direction and signage
Ok, so this is a staple restaurant for me when I’m in Tyson’s twice a month. They have such a reasonably priced happy hour menu. Items are $7, $8, and $12. Drafts, wine & spirits are $6-$7. The 72 hour pork belly bites were a bit too “fatty” for me but did have god flavor. Brisket bites were similar. Regardless…still a great evening.

This is a mixed bag, in the am service is very slow, and even if you ask for a quick coffee, you wait for at least 10 minutes. Good if you want a leisurely breakfast.

Had a great dinner with family tonight! We had steak, cooked to prefection, crab cake sandwich , filled with crab meat and braised beef sandwich. Would highly recommend! Service was great!

I had a fantastic experience dining here. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, and the staff made me feel genuinely taken care of. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu.

We had a table in the corner which was nice, service was friendly and fast. Will definitely come back!
Higher plane was awesome for a first sipping. I ordered a ribeye medium rare, however, came out with very rare and quite chewy. Curly flowers and sprouts were ok for the side.

The place had promise but missed on several levels. Went for a early evening dinner. It got crowded after 5pm. Our server must have been over worked because she took a long time to get our orders. We often had to go find her to get her to come to us. Once ordered the food came out in good time. Some items were tasty, some just ok. I didn't care for the deviled eggs. The wagyu bolognase was ok. The bread pudding was ok. The crab soup was good. The steak bites weren't bad. Overall the food was ok.
The fried chicken sandwich was huge and reported UNDERCOOKED for the 2 people that ordered it. It was sent back and something else was ordered. The manager said he couldn't compensate them on the bill. We were a large party and they only take 4 credit cards for parties of 5-12 so bring cash if you can, to make it easier. They didn't offer to do separate checks. Not sure if they would have if asked. There is free parking in Garage E behind the Hyatt. Since its shared with the mall it can be very busy and crowded on Friday & Saturday evenings. I like trying new places and thus I did, but I likely won't ever go back. Nonetheless, I had a good time because of the people I was with.

Great breakfast here and even better drinks. Service always leaves more to be desired even when you're at the bar. Not sure if everyone is just too busy or just don't care to check up on patrons. No matter though if your server is good you'll have a 5/5 experience!

This was our second time at BB. Our first experience was great and for that reason my family and I decide to return for dinner. Unfortunately, the experience was different and disappointing this time. Despite of having a reservation and announcing ourselves to the host stand, they made us wait. After a few moment, the host disappeared and the stand was uncovered for about 5 minutes. Another staff member took over, I asked again for our reservation , we were finally taken to our table. The server did not approach our table until after 6 minutes. Took our orders, returned without my kid's beverage. Never returned to our table in over 20 minutes to ask if everything was okay or to bring my kid's beverage. I had to reach out to the server while she was heading to another table. My son finally got his soda a ling time after my follow up. My sister ordered the steak with chimichurri, which comes with fries -according to the menu-however, for some reason the server decided yo bring cheese cauliflower as her side ? Mind you my sister is lactose intolerant and would never order such a side dish!). When finally could wave the server to bring to her attention that the side dish is incorrect, she said that it was listed in the menu ( with a side of her attitude!) not an apology regarding the mix up! My sister told her she read the menu prior to placing her order and it did say “fries” specifically. My kid ended up saying “ we should have not come to this restaurant” 😞
