This is the WORST Baskin Robbins because of their service/ownership. In past years they messed up my order, but today was my final straw. I called to order a cake (with a unique flavor that is not provided on their website - pistachio almond). First time I called, they made me call back another day because they were too busy. The second time they said, we don’t customize cakes and only support what’s online. My family has been ordering this same cake every year for about 45 years. I am not shocked this Baskin Robbins couldn’t do it. We ended up ordering the cake at another Baskin Robbins. This location is awful! Baskin Robbins corporate needs to pay them a visit.

Not sure why reviews so low. We had a positive experience on a Friday evening. All ice cream flavors fully stocked. Very nice hardworking young man making the scoops.

I ordered a chocolate milkshake at Baskin-Robbins, but it tasted off, leading to severe diarrhea hours later. This experience raises concerns about ingredient quality and food safety at this location. Never going back!!

Worst customer service ever! The place isn’t clean and the ice cream melted while waiting for the cashier to figure out why the coupon isn’t working!!!! Rude!! Ice cream national day is officially ruined by them!! Poor management! Never going back again.

If you walk in you'll probably get good service. However this staff is not trained at all with any online orders. My order sat on a third-party app for 30 minutes and when I called the store they said that they didn't even work with the application that I was using. When I called that service directly they tried to contact the store and the store refused to pick up. This is not an issue with their staff this is a direct issue with their management. Their management does not care and the staff has no way to contact management once they go home for the day.. 100% checked out and if you have a problem you are on your own. Never order from this store unless you want the order to be wrong, don't care whether or not they actually have the product in stock, and generally want to support a poorly managed business.

I usually have no issues with this location however today several flavors were mislabeled and all the ice cream was melting .No customers in the store but I had to seek out the servers who were socializing. The server had a problem with English and this maybe account for the mislabeling.. Not up to B-R standards.

Terrible rude employees. I asked what kind of cakes they have “they don’t know”. Tried to place a phone order, “we don’t do phone orders and then ended the phone on me. Never coming back to this location. Don’t waste your money here, go to a better Baskins robins.

Wow. Ordered from this Baskin Robbins through door dash for my kids and their friends. They didn’t get a single order right. Not one. Three scoops of different ice cream? Nope. Not even close. One scoop of the wrong ice cream. Three sundaes? No. Just a single scoop of the wrong ice cream. No toppings. All milk shakes were completely melted liquid. Not like they were slightly melted because it’s warm. We live a mile away but couldn’t leave with all the kids here. We paid for a priority delivery and the app showed it only took 5 minutes to get to our house. Yet, how was everything wrong and completely melted? The worst I’ve had anywhere.

Came here a few days ago and was sad to see that all the whole milks and Chocolate milks in the fridge were expired. I pulled them out of the fridge to show the employee. Please check the date on fridge items. Other than that, I really like this place but that made me very upset. The employee let me switch the expired milk with an apple juice instead. If I come back I'm not going near that fridge.
