After a long day, I came to sit and enjoy the evening on Friday at 8:05 pm. There were 3-4 waiters, talking and hanging out around the bar! After 15 minutes of waiting, I left. No one even tried to bring water. If you guys don't like your job, change it. There is no reason to ruin people's night.

I had so many expectations as CPK has been one of my favorite pizza places. Yesterday when I went with my friends to dine in, it wasn’t it.
The person on the front desk were the sweetest and sooo nice, they arranged a table for us and helped us out.
We went to the bathroom later, the line was huge because one of the bathroom in the ladies room was gross and not clean at all, the other one didn’t have a lock so someone had to hold the handle while someone was inside, honestly a horrible nightmare.
Surprisingly the food didn’t take that long, I had to call for Parmesan on my pizza and had my hand raised for 10mins and nobody came even when people there saw it. So we had to go up to the front desk and ask them, they were so nice and helpful and helped me asap.
There were 7 of us and the server messed up our bill and I ended up paying taxes for all of our dinners plus for someone’s drink that I didn’t order. I waited for 10mins maybe 15 just to get my receipt. And then 5more for them to come back and help me with my query. Then the server told me that he will ask his manger to cut off the extra charge from my card and I can leave. I left but the chargers never got taken off.
This experience wasn’t it and I don’t recommend it.

Been to this location a few times and never had any issues with service. Most recent visit we were sat down to our table quickly. Problem was the waitress in our section didn't acknowledge us after walking past our table a few times. No hello or I’ll be with you in a minute, nothing. We sat waiting for close to 10 minutes until we decided to leave.

Food was good and delicious. Ate pizza and had a Thai crunch salad which was pretty spicy. Server was concerned about food getting out to tables than refills on the drinks. All in all good food. Props to the cook!!

We had the Wild Mushroom Pizza, Thai Chicken Pizza, Steak House Salad, Braised Short Rib Ragu Pasta, and my dish was the Mac 'N' Cheese with Mushrooms. I had many forks from around me trying my Mac, they loved it!

The service was a bit slow but the food is pretty good. Definitely go during happy hour for $9 pizzas with beer, (if you like beer) the Thai Crunch salad is very good and shareable. The pastas are very tasty and filling. There's a salad, soup and sandwich combo thing for lunch and only lunch, I need to try sometime in the future.

Server Crystal was amazing. Enjoyed the limited time pizza Nashville hot chicken and pickles. Also got the mango mocktail which was flavorful.

They make some of the best gluten free pizza in the world. Would high recommend to anyone with a severe allergy or celiac. They take the upmost precautions to prevent cross contamination. <3
