Great atmosphere. The server was very nice and gave good suggestions for what to order. Teas were authentic, and tasted good. Their sandwiches were also good, both the beef and chicken. Fries were crispy, with good portions per person. 5/5

I was there today for dinner and had a very concerning experience. The employees were serving food and then eating while wearing the same gloves. This is extremely unhygienic and unacceptable in any food service environment. Gloves should be changed frequently and never used for personal eating. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses proper food safety practices.

There are much better options out there. This is true for both their Tysons and Sterling locations.

Desi from the heart is the on-going theme when you step into this joint. Samosa chat, gol-gappay, kashmiri chai, paratha roll, milk chai or what. Mouth watering pak-indo delicacies and snacks to satisfy your taste buds. Just go desi.

The food at CHA is tasty! My favorite item on the menu is the wraps. I was pleasantly surprised to find the wrap was similar to roti and very tasty!

Last night, I decided to try a new restaurant that recently opened near my apartment. I had seen a lot of advertisements online, and many people said the food looked amazing, so I went with high expectations. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. From the moment I sat down, I felt like something was wrong. The table was not clean, and it took almost fifteen minutes for a waiter to bring the menu.

When my food finally arrived, I immediately noticed that it did not look like the pictures. The portion was much smaller, the presentation was messy, and the smell was not pleasant at all. Still, I tried to give it a chance, so I took the first bite. The taste was terrible. The chicken was dry and overcooked, the vegetables were cold, and the sauce had a strange flavor that made me feel uncomfortable. It was nothing like what the restaurant had advertised.

I tried to tell the waiter politely, but he didn’t seem very interested. He just said, “That’s how we prepare it,” and walked away. His attitude made the experience even worse. I expected at least an apology or an offer to replace the dish.

By the end of the meal, I felt completely unsatisfied and regretted wasting my time and money. I left the restaurant with the feeling that I would never return. A place that cannot provide good food or basic customer service does not deserve a second chance.
