I rarely leave reviews, and negative ones if that. I had the most mid experience yesterday with not only the chaotic service but the blatant disregard for customers. The meat wasn’t that good, the salad bar selection far less compared to Chima, and the service just terrible.

I’ve given this Fogo a few tries and it just keeps getting worse and worse. If you’re going to spend the money, go to Chima. Meat quality and taste is 10x better and service is spot on. Huge mistake by giving this Fogo another try.

The food was phenomenal! Unfortunately it took us 30 minutes to get the first round of drinks and get direction on how the experience worked. Our table changed server hands 3 times before we received adequate service. Once in Chris’s hands, the experience became much more enjoyable. He was fantastic! Unfortunately it took about 2 hours before that was case.

Cris was great but the other servers were incredibly slow. I would highly recommend you mention Cris as your server. It took over an hour to get one beer before Cris.

disappointed with this place.

The meat quality was terrible — it was tough, chewy, and honestly had a strange smell. The service was even worse. We could barely find a server to help us, orders were delayed, and food wasn’t brought out properly.

The salad bar was extremely limited, nothing like what was advertised. The biggest disappointment was the pricing. We went there based on their advertised prices, but ended up paying about 50% more than expected. Instead of around $50 per person, we paid almost $80 per person before tip.

For that price, you’re much better off going to Shima. It’s about the same cost, but the quality and service are far better.

We definitely do not recommend this restaurant. Poor service, low-quality food, and a complete waste of mone

Kidist and Mickey were the only team members who provided excellent service during our visit. Unfortunately, the staff responsible for bringing out the food repeatedly skipped our table. Even after we tried several times to get their attention, we were largely ignored. It felt as though most of the staff were not aware of or attentive to our presence.

I brought my concerns to the manager, and I appreciate that she took the time to listen and ultimately made things right. While the experience started off disappointing, her professionalism and responsiveness helped improve the situation.

One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. The service was slow and inattentive, but the food was even worse. The meat was so overcooked that it felt like a brick. It was tough, dry, and had the texture of plastic. Even the knife struggled to cut through it, which says everything about its quality.

For the prices they charge, I expected a properly cooked meal, not something that was nearly impossible to eat. When food is served in that condition, it shows a complete lack of care in the kitchen. Extremely disappointing experience, and I would not return or recommend this restaurant to others.

I had a terrible experience at Fogo de Chão and left extremely disappointed. The service was slow, disorganized, and nowhere near the level you would expect for the price. We spent much of the meal waiting, and the overall experience felt rushed and poorly managed.

For what Fogo charges, the quality and service simply did not justify the cost. There are much better Brazilian steakhouses that offer a more enjoyable experience and better value.

If you’re deciding between options, do yourself a favor and go to Chima instead. The service, atmosphere, and overall dining experience are far superior. DONT GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT
