I am so sad that a bad apple is working at a place where the customer service is normally great!. I stopped by Tysons Corner JJ this afternoon and was treated to a highly rude and "low energy girl today. First I stood there for about 5 min and had to just tell her what I wanted! I would still be standing there if I didnt. She clearly felt that I was bothering her !! as she made googly eyes with an asian family she gave FREE smoothies too!......She never gave me the total of my order after standing there for 2 min I just put my card down while she engaged that asian family!Sad service! She needs to work someplace else!

I ordered a Large mango-go-go and politely asked instead of the pear juice to replace it with a mango passion juice and the girl at the kiosk rolled her eyes and said yes, then she made 4 drinks before mine and I was the first to order. Once mine came out it tastes nothing like it, it tasted like oat milk instead. No mango or sweetener. I'm not sure if it was because she had AirPods in her ear or she just ignored my request but I've had a mango-go-go before and it was better at an airport kiosk. I hope this is not Jamba Juice standards.

Look. i don’t know what happened really but DO NOT get the cold brew drink here dude. Jamba juice really should stitch to the juice part. i can’t even explain the drink i had. my friend almost started crying after taking one sip. but it does have a lot of caffeine so that’s epic . $8 for the worst drink of my life…

Don't buy from here. My kid asked what ingredients were in a juice and when they gave her her drink it didn't taste like it. When I went to complain they said the drink was supposed to be a completely different set of ingredients. Never coming back here again.

Very popular and a good menu of juices and smoothies. 2 employees kept very bust. We ordered juices carrots, apple and ginger and very tasty as well as healthy. Not much seating except a few benches. Very good selection. Definite recommend.

Their Belgium waffles are tiny, frozen, and disgusting. They refused to accommodate my request to exchange it after I took a look at it (I hadn't taken a bite yet).
