Fantastic sushi. Lots of options. Plenty of parking. However, they need a better system than a crowd just waiting outside the door for 20-40 minutes. It appeared very disorganized and a lot of people were complaining outside. There is a waiting list but we waited about 15 minutes after the app told us to check in with the host, as our table was almost ready. We had a five minute wait (according to the app) but it was really about 35 to 40 minutes total.Also, some tables are really close to the front door where people are going in and out constantly to check the status of their wait. Maybe put a host and stand outside with the people waiting to allow the folks eating next to the door to eat in peace.Pro tip: Make sure you put in your drink order immediately (via the screen). If not, you will almost be finished with your meal before you receive your drink[|s]. We eventually hit the call button and requested our drinks again.The Orlando location is a lot more organized than this location.

The concept is unique. I've been to the one in TX and was impressed so we visited the Tyson's location. The menu was lacking and the revolving options were also lacking. The service was okay. We were greeted by a friendly staff member but we used the call button twice and weren't attended to. Probably wouldn't return to this location, unfortunately.

So happy to come here after a vacation in japan and find memories waiting for me here!!! Went with a friend for a quick lunch and everything went very efficiently and speedily! Great menu with lots of variety--will be coming back soon to try more! Also infinitely happy to see robot waiters serving drinks, gachapons at tables, and even a heated toilet in bathroom!!! Wonderfully unique and a joy to visit. Thank you so much for all that you do!!!!

Sushi is pretty basic, but you're here for the experience! Located in a small strip mall, there's plenty of parking. I do try to avoid peak hours cause the wait can be unpredictable and you need to wait outside (not that great in the cold). You can get on the wait-list using the app, or by checking in with staff inside. They sometimes have a tablet outside for check in as well. Once you get seated, it's an introverts dream. You never talk to a server again, which can be nice cause you don't feel rushed. You order from a screen, a robot brings your drinks which is super cute. I bring my son here and he's way more enthusiastic to try new sushi when he can see it and grab it! You can also order additional items on screen and my favorites are the takoyaki and the salmon skin and shishito. Definitely worth a try just to experience the conveyor belt!
The quality of the sushi at this location has drastically decreased. The spicy tuna and salmon were a pasty consistency on our most recent visit and the rest of the rolls and nigiri were equally disappointing. We’ve been at least 5 times since this location opened and after this last visit will not be returning due to quality alone. Service by staff (and robot) have always been pleasant and the restaurant has a fun atmosphere.

Download Kura Sushi app on your phone, so you can join the waitlist before you head over there. Tap the “Location” tab on the app and touch “join Waitlist”. It saves so much waiting time. After you get there, go inside the restaurant and tell the staff you have joined the waitlist on the app, and they will tell you approximately how many minutes it would take until your table will be ready. I waited about 20 minutes after I got there. They called me when my table was ready, so that helped. you don’t have to stay in front of the restaurant while you wait. I was satisfied with the sushi they served. :)
