My wife and i always come here when we are in the area. Upon entering, the staff immediately greeted us. They are very friendly and helpful. We ordered 2 slices and a tea and took our seats. The dining area and tables were very clean. When we were finished, the staff walked up to our table and took our plates and asked how was everything. We were very pleased and will definitely come back again.

Had a great experience at Lady M. The young man who helped me was super kind and patient—even when I started to get a little carried away! He recommended the Dubai chocolate and it was amazing. Really appreciated his warm attitude and great service.

Updating my review: We arrived around 6:20pm. They close at 7pm, but still the staff didn't let us to dine in. It was my wife's birthday, and we wanted to eat our cake and leave and told him will be done in 15 min. He didn't care and said they are short in staff. This is a pretty expensive cake, and delicious, so they don't care about their customers. You can hire someone; i am sure the rent you pay there is not cheap. Anyway, we decided to leave and have our cake somewhere else.

I’m writing to file a serious complaint regarding our recent visit to the Lady M location at Tysons Galleria.
Normally, I let things slide, but not this time. What happened on May 30, 2025, around 2:25 PM was completely unacceptable, and I will not stop pursuing this until I receive a proper response and resolution.
As soon as we walked into the store, we were met with rudeness staff of yours. There was a staff member—Asian, tanned, tattooed, wearing a white plastic hairclip who, unsurprisingly-deliberately, didn’t greet us. We were waiting to place our order first, knowing that customers aren’t allowed to seat themselves based on the reviews. Yet, out of nowhere, this woman told us to grab a table while one person stays behind to order.(with condescending tone)
Here’s the issue: her tone and hand gestures were condescending and disrespectful. She acted as if we were a pack of clueless tourists messing up her day or worse, like we were a burden to her sad life. There were only five of us. Two of them were my parents. Her attitude was completely uncalled for and, frankly, infuriating.
It got worse. My father noticed that our table was dirty, looked like someone had splashed cake, so he voluntarily wiped it down. Instead of appreciation, he got a disgusting, degrading glare from that same staff member. She looked him up and down in a way that was flat-out disrespectful and dehumanizing. He was simply cleaning up for us. That kind of reaction is inexcusable.
After we ordered, this same woman brought our food, with continued attitude, of course.
Then, more customers walked in. There were three to four empty tables near us. I watched her refuse those customers a seat, pointing at us/other groups and the tables with that same dismissive gesture, saying she couldn’t seat them. I know what I saw—I was watching her constantly because I was absolutely livid at this point. Because her gesture was pointing US and OTHERS and it made it look like we are the reason why they could not be seated and we were making her life difficult.
At this point, I was very determined to reach out to your team and I also took a photo of this individual as a proof, just in case.
Let me be very clear: Tysons Galleria is supposed to represent luxury and respectable service. My family and I always carry ourselves with care and consideration when visiting. But this woman, this disgraceful individual completely shattered that. She embarrassed us, treated us with contempt, and destroyed what was supposed to be a joyful outing. She single-handedly damaged not only our experience but also Lady M’s reputation in our eyes.
I’ve visited other Lady M locations. I know how your staff should behave. I can’t help but ask: Does this person not receive training on how to treat customers like human beings?
We spent nearly $100 and walked away humiliated. I want to know exactly how your team plans to address this situation. A generic apology won’t cut it. We deserve accountability.
I look forward to your response.

We visited this place as a family — my husband and our two young children. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff were unfriendly and seemed quite grumpy.
We ordered desserts and coffee, but they completely forgot my coffee. I waited patiently, but when I asked about it, the woman at the counter insisted that I hadn’t ordered it — which was frustrating and rude. Why would I be asking for something I didn’t order?
Eventually, I ordered another coffee, but it felt like she was doing me a favor rather than correcting a mistake. I paid and returned to my seat.
Sadly, the cakes weren’t very tasty, and both my coffee and my husband’s were of poor quality. I will not be returning, and I don't recommend this place — there are definitely better spots with tastier treats and friendlier service.

My family and I have been continuously buying lady m for the last couple of years for special occasions etc. I definitely agree with everyone that the crepe cakes at this location have gotten greasier and do not taste how they use to do. In addition, I completely agree and can attest to the previous reviews saying this location has the absolute worst service.
The moment we walked in the staff was extremely rude and acted like they did not care for our presence and when presented with questions, they would act like you’re inconveniencing them. They have a terrible nonchalant attitude, and overall it’s a very unwelcoming environment. Only one worker was nice and helpful!

Pretty Cakes, Disastrous Experience ✍️ :
A total disappointment. From the moment you walk in, you realize something's off: ❌ you're not allowed to sit inside the store to eat your cake. A cake shop where you can't even enjoy your cake there? Ridiculous!
On top of that, ❓ the cakes don't have any visible prices, like they're hiding how absurdly overpriced they are for such mediocre quality.
And the worst part: the cakes are pure marketing hype. 🎂 They look pretty in photos, but ⚠️ the taste is horrendous: no real flavor, greasy, and made with cheap ingredients.
💔 All looks, no taste. Every bite is a letdown.
🚫 I don't recommend this place at all. Save your money and your cravings for somewhere that actually respects its customers.

Extremely Disappointing Experience
I am not into writing reviews, but I feel like others deserve a heads-up. I visited this bakery expecting a pleasant experience and high-quality service, especially considering the premium prices they charge. Unfortunately, what I got instead was some of the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced.
From the moment I walked in, the staff acted like I was inconveniencing them by being there. No greeting, no smile, no help—just attitude. I asked a simple question about their custom cakes, and the response was dismissive and borderline rude. It's baffling to me how a business that charges this much for a cake can make customers feel so unwelcome.
A bakery should be a warm, inviting place—especially when you're planning to spend a lot of money on something special. But here, I felt like they couldn’t care less whether I stayed or left. Spoiler alert: I left, and I won’t be back.
There are plenty of other bakeries in town where you’ll get great service and great cake. Go somewhere you’ll be treated with respect. Your money—and your time—deserve better.

I ordered rose ice latte. I do NOT recommend it. It's all watery milk with a little sprinkle of rose petals. Wasted my money ($7). So disappointing.
