For those who can’t find Lady M. It’s relocated at third floor, the other side of the food court. It is a temporary location until the new store opens on second floor.

I was a huge fan of this fine Pastry Shop, they have a pop up store in the third floor of Tyson's Galleria, after closing their boutique for some construction work, we went their with my family for a my husband's birthday. We were very disappointed, the cake was abnormally small, and frozen :( if you guys are not really ready to be back to business and serve your customers, you can wait and capitalize on the great customer loyalty you have built so far.

Quality dropped. Chocolate on the amedei has plastic consistency and no chocolate taste at all. Disappointing, no coffee/tea. Open space now had people with food elsewhere taking up seats and I had to have my cake to go. Staff also had blasé attitude.

They moved to level 3. Service and standard dropped drastically. Cake no longer displayed and it didn't taste as good. Paid $14 for a slice but couldn't enjoy the ambience eating it because the whole place is infested by non-paying customers who brought their outside food, laptop and phone calls with no regards to the sign forbidding them from doing so. Staffs didn't enforce and couldn't care less.

Shocked they won’t do any inscriptions ever. Even a grocery store cake shop can do that. I must say it’s highly over priced.

amazing crepe cakes, we ordered the signature and the passion fruit. Both were pretty good, but the price doesn’t really justify it. $11.50, $70 and $115 for slice, 6 and 9 inch cake, respectively. Definitely a special occasion cake.

I’d give 0 star if I could. When did a slice of Lady M start costing $11.5??? And when did the bad customer service become the new norm for Lady M?? On top of that, the cake was served on a cheap paper/plastic plate – where did the high standard Lady M go?

The signature crepe cake was quite good, one of the best I've had. Very nice texture, perfect amount of sweetness for me (not overly sweet). I expect the price here to be higher due to its location in Tyson's galleria and the crepe cakes being more labor intensive, but I still thought the $11.50 price was too high for the portion size. Recommend if you are already in the mall and don't mind the higher price. Would probably pass otherwise.

It is one of my favorite place for cakes unless service always disappointed. I kept pushing my self to go there because of the taste but I can not understand why service and staff always unwelcoming and rude seems like they are unhappy all the time. I don’t want to stay there I am not sure how long customer will stay with this attitude! Definitely management and staff needs to be change or needs education.

Great experience!
Okay the crepes are delicious but it's definitely overpriced. Each slice for 12 dollars?
