Ordered cake to pickup today for my birthday. Arrived store at 6:55pm. The store already closed locked nobody there. They said close at 7pm. But obviously they close much earlier. No one contacted me and let me know they want to close much earlier than normal closing time today. So disappointed. No cake for birthday.

Loved the tiramisu cake but the original crepes cake was way too creamy and thick for my taste. They should consider making the cream less

I’ve wanted to try this place since seeing it on TikTok and the crepe was pretty darn good. The cake was kinda expensive but it was pretty filling for my boyfriend and I. It’s a super cute cafe and I like the plates & silverware but you can’t sit down in the cafe unless you order “dine in”.

First time visiting this shop and everything was amazing from the crepe cakes (especially the chocolate one) to the friendly service. Definitely a must visit when in town!

Have been a customer for years. The cake is very good and consistent but the service is really really bad in this Lady M. Especially today, we walked in and literally all the tables were empty yet uncleaned and we were told we cannot be seated because they were short staffed and unable to service customers. The store was empty and there were three staffs in the store that appeared to be new and kept busy with nothing. The bathroom is also very dirty and uncomfortable. It was not the first time we were treated bad in this Lady M. Not really sure what is going on with the management at this location.

So, I've been to Lady M twice now. I really like the way their cakes look, which is why I went back. But man, both times I got stuck dealing with the same person at the counter. She was just as unwelcoming and rude this time as she was the first. Totally killed my vibe. On top of that, they charged me extra 5 cents and I had to swipe my credit card to pay 5 cents separately after buying $120 cake. ShameI was actually hoping I wouldn't run into her again, but no luck. It's a bummer because the place looks great and the cakes are awesome, but her attitude just ruins it. You know, you expect friendly faces in a cake shop, right?Anyway, I just wanted to share this because a cool store like this should really have service that matches. Hoping they'll sort this out because otherwise, I am no more coming to this place!

I am a customer here for long time, especially holidays I will buy cakes from here. But today I just want to use the bathroom, this girl I never seen before did not let me. So mean! I told her I will buy something after, she still doesn’t let me use bathroom first.

I must say, I LOVE CREPE CAKES!Have only had tried matcha crepe cakes from here before, but this time I tried the signature one too!It was just the right amount of sweetness of the cream and layers of crepes. It was the perfect combination. The store was very clean and the staff was nice and helpful. I can't wait to come back to try other flavors

I ordered the signature cake and green tea espresso! The signature cake was so good! Every bite is worth it! The green tea espresso was okay; I think it's lacking the green tea part. But the cakes are great—not too sweet, just right! The cakes have multiple crepe layers, and you can feel their texture in every bite. I also got a to-go matcha green tea cake—it was awesome! I think the cakes are good, but the drinks were not impressive. The atmosphere is so classy and clean.

Originating in New York, Lady M is well known for their mille crepe cakes and desserts with various seasonal desserts that change through the year which I look forward to, especially the chestnut based ones that come out in autumn. The average slice does cost $10.80 as of October 2023 which is a bit higher than I'd like, but as far as I know they do still have the best mille crepe cakes in the area. In my past experiences, their quality was very consistently good, but this time around, the matcha crepe cake felt a bit lower quality, not sure if it's because I arrived later in the day so it wasn't as fresh or if there was something factor but it didn't taste as good as usual. The gateau aux marrons was on the sweeter side but delicious with a strong almond and chestnut flavor. As most of their desserts are cream based, they don't keep well at room temperature, so if you do purchase for takeout, I recommend eating it asap or refrigerating it soon to ensure structural integrity or it may turn into a goopy mess (it'll still taste good though!)I didn't notice any major issues with service as other recent reviews mentioned; they're pretty fast on bringing your order but you do tend to need to call them over to get more water or pay the bill. I agree that it'd be nicer if they designed it like a typical bakery where you order at the register and seat/cleanup after yourself with self serve water. Maybe the design is on purpose to support high traffic flow hours so they can separate takeout and dine-in, but I haven't seen it crowded before. After checkout, the cashier gave us a couple free candies which was nice and fitting for October/Halloween festivities!
