love this place so much! I went there today at about 3 pm and ordered the special and a shaved ice dessert and both were absolutely delicious!

The girls working there were also super nice and helpful! Great customer service :))

I stopped at this kiosk for a break while shopping at Tysons. Service was friendly and very prompt. The kiosk is surrounded by tables and chairs and also has a little bar with stools on one side.

I ordered the banana pudding matcha and it was SO GOOD. Definitely a dessert/treat and substantial enough that I struggled to finish it, but I enjoyed every single sip. I recommend using a spoon to eat the pudding on top because the banana chunks will clog up your straw. If you haven't tried it yet, it's a must!

They need to improve their customer service skills. They shouldn't sell the item that are in the menu if it's not ready. This is very disappointing because i want shaved iced mix with ice cream matcha and they said they don't after i paid . And still have to wait for the mochi to be ready,i got the refund for the shaved iced.But still i am disappointed.

The ice cream is incredible. The customer service is trash. They were out of the shaved ice and cones when I came, so the reviews stating they’re constantly out of products are accurate.

Probably not a fair comparison but we normally get our Matcha soft serve near our neighborhood in Alexandria. It didn't taste as good as that one and service was a little slow. Expected better since they want to force one’s hand with their tipping policy.

I am a loyal customer , I have been supported this place for years since the first day they just open, I have never get any problem until yesterday evening (08/01) around 8:50pm. There were 2 people working and the one who took my order and making my matcha is the smaller and shorter girl.
I always giving tip at payment, but this time I accidentally hit the no tip because I can’t see well and I think I will make it up next time. Then the girl not feeling happy and make a matcha special for me with a cup full of cereal , nothing but whole cup of cereal and little ice cream on the top with the little red bean will felt out of the cup .
I wasn’t happy, I paid $12 to feel so unrespected and sad while eating the ice cream. I almost want to through up everything.
I know this is not the store or owner faults, but if you hired employees without training on behavior and attitude upon customers, it’s your faults ! This behavior is completely rude and unacceptable and I know she will treat other customers the same way.

Long overdue review for this gem inside Tysons. I stopped by while waiting for my mom who was shopping and ended up loving everything I tried.

I first ordered a matcha latte, and it was so good — rich, earthy, and the perfect amount of sweetness. I enjoyed it so much that I ended up going back to try more. I ordered the black sesame and matcha soft serve.

On top of the amazing drinks and desserts, the service was also great. The cashier was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

I highly recommend for matcha and black sesame lovers, or anyone curious to try high-quality Japanese flavors done right.

Not like we drove all the way from Bmore for them not to have ice cream????

Been here twice and I love their matcha. I ask for it unsweetened since it comes sweetened and the baristas are always willing to help. They have almond milk which makes me very happy since I’m allergic to dairy. 10/10. It’s the real deal!!

Absolutely horrible taste and customer service!

Been coming here for over a year, I love the iced matcha latte. Never had an issue with it. This time I’ve come, there’s a new man working i never seen before and the matcha is a complete different color than how it should be. Every other time the matcha is very green and you can taste the matcha. The one he made me is so milky all I taste is milk and there’s chunks of matcha in it. I asked if he could add some more matcha for me and he just threw the matcha on top without whisking it. He’s rude and doesn’t seem happy about his job. Not a good look.
