I’ve given this Mediterranean café more than enough chances, and I’m finally done. Hygiene here is a complete nightmare. I’ve seen cockroaches on the floor not once, but over 20 times, including in the dining area where customers are supposed to eat. The restroom? Filthy. One time, I walked in right after an employee and they didn’t even bother flushing – just disgusting.

The staff are incredibly rude and disrespectful, with zero regard for basic customer service. And don’t even get me started on the food. Sometimes it tastes like it’s been sitting out for days – definitely not fresh.

This place has serious cleanliness issues and a careless attitude toward both their space and their customers. Eat here at your own risk!

It’s just all bad and wrong. I got a bowl of sadnesss. Who approved all of this? This is like cava but like sad cava. My entire lunch was so uneventful.

Me and my wife found the food fine but somebody in our group found a bug in the salad and the staff refused to refund them or replace it. On top of that, the music was super loud in the restaurant, and the staff refused to turn the volume down upon request. Fresh silverware was not provided despite it being pretty early in the day. Lastly the bathroom had no toilet paper in it. Overall a great restaurant chain, but this one is not very well managed at all. Find yourself a different location if you want to try Mezeh out.

placed an order 4-10 on uber eats app for pickup, once i got there the moment i entered the door app said order was cancelled. The store was open, with many employee's and an empty line. What a waste of time fortunately I was able to find an alternative place to eat. i won't be back.

They were out of over half of the toppings (no hummus at all?) and dressings. Had to wait while cashier was on her phone to order, wasn't very kind when she did get to me. What I was able to order was ok.

Very rude management, syrups were not changed and soda machine was not working as expected, I waited in silence while they cleaned up, replace. No acknowledgement and when I asked negative attitude.

We love Mezeh restaurants, so when visiting Tysons for the day we stopped into this one. It’s actually connected to the mall via Bloomingdale’s.

Service was great, helpful, and friendly. The selection was excellent and all items were fresh and appealing looking. Their chicken kabob was really nicely done and tender! That shuug sauce was spicy, but flavorful!

Highly recommend stopping in for good, healthy options!

Just walked out of there in the middle of an order. Was ordering a bowl and there are only 2-3 toppings that I like one of them being eggplant and I asked to have more eggplant since I don’t partake in all of the other toppings and the gentleman behind the bar said that he’s gonna have to charge me extra for it, I really thought he was joking, but it turns that he was not. I asked to speak to a manager, but there was none there instead he asked other employees (in Spanish) to tell me the same thing that he will have to charge me. Anyway, long story short I walked out since you guys don’t seem to understand the part about being in the hospitality business. I would understand being charged extra if I was getting more than my fair share of toppings and asking for extra but even with my “extra eggplant” I wasn’t getting 6-7 other things that other people would have gotten. I am in the food business and I would never let a customer walk out over 10 cents worth of eggplant

Great fast-casual place for some hearty food! I love the falafel. Quite a numbers of the toppings and sauces ran out during my visit (early dinner on Sunday).

I am an extremely frequent Mezeh diner. I have been to nearly every store in Northern Virginia, however, unfortunately, the only one that I have trouble with is also the one that’s closest to me in Tysons. I always ask for Turkish salad and they give me a small scoop so I always ask for two. No other store has issues with this and happily complies. The Tysons store though consistently tells me that only one scoop is allowed for all the toppings. Even when other toppings are completely out. When it comes to meat or something else that actually has a price to it, I get it, and I would not be expecting extra unless I paid. And it’s not as if I am getting many toppings on my bowl to begin with… probably 5 total. But you are telling me you’re going to nitpick over something that probably costs you $.10 at bulk scale instead of keeping a very loyal customer happy? That’s fine. I can go to Cava. Or any other Mezeh store.

Mezza is such a great restaurant—I love going there to eat! Since I work at Bloomingdale’s, it’s my go-to spot for a meal, and their food is always fantastic. However, I’ve noticed a change recently that’s been disappointing. They hired a new employee who doesn’t seem to understand customer service. For example, when I build my bowl, I usually skip the rice and veggies, which should allow some flexibility, like adding an extra tablespoon of olives. But whenever I make this request, she’s extremely rude, unlike the rest of the staff who are always kind and professional.

To be clear, I still think Mezza is an excellent restaurant, and the company itself does a great job. Unfortunately, this one employee is really tarnishing their reputation with her poor attitude. It’s frustrating because I know how much potential the place has for consistently delivering great experiences!

I like Mezeh’s food, but the service in this place is far from perfect. Even though no one was in front of me, I still waited around 5 minutes before being served! Part of the reason was that they were busy preparing for the mobile orders (obviously you are no longer important after you wait in the line), and also the customer before me took such a long time and the entire line was paused to wait! If you want to come, be prepared for a long waiting time!
