Most authentic Tex Mex since we lived in TX. Great service, delicious margaritas and fajitas!

We visited this restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary with my family and mentioned the special occasion in advance. We were told we would be getting a complimentary champagne, which never arrived. While that alone wouldn't have ruined the evening, unfortunately the rest of the experience was just as disappointing. The food was very mediocre and not worth the wait or the price. The service was the biggest issue — our server was arrogant and barely attentive. We waited almost 20 minutes after every interaction: to place our order, for the food to arrive, and even to get the bill. Everything felt unnecessarily slow and disorganized. What was supposed to be a special, memorable dinner turned into a frustrating experience. Poor service, average food, and no effort to make up for the issues. I wouldn't recommend this place for a special occasion.

The complementary chips and salsa were the best part of our meal. Ceviche was Peruvian style. We were expecting a Mexican style, and we placed two different orders. Both orders were about 2 tablespoons of fish. We were not expecting Peruvian style, which is not bad, but if you don't know Peruvian versus Mexican, it is surprising to say the least when you're at a Mexican restaurant. We ordered the lobster and steak special. The steak had no flavor, and the half lobster tail was smothered in cheese. For $65, I would not order this again. I also ordered a Cornish hen, which was small but tasty. We later went upstairs to the lounge. The ambience is beautifully put together but very secluded; not many people know about it. There is a live DJ, but nobody was dancing. The drinks are very good. I'm surprised that the lounge is not much more alive, being that it is right in the center of Tyson's. I would go again for drinks and lounge but not for the food.

Wissam was an excellent server. Very attentive and knowledgeable. Efficient. The 2 person tables seem a bit long, especially on Valentines Day. Otherwise, a very pleasant experience

Steak fajita was delicious but a bit overpriced. Beet salad was delicious but Caesar salad wasn't anything special. Still really enjoyed it. Will go back again

It's okay, we went during lunchtime. Experience was okay and the drinks could've been better as well.

This was our first time in the Capital One neighborhood for dinner and the area is great. Parking was a bit steep for the area and similarly Ometeo was way more expensive than it needs to be. Food was good but not at the price. Service and atmosphere were great!

Good service. Food was very tasty. Margaritas not good - too sweet. Suggest using fresh ingredients for an $18 margarita!

The restaurant seems to have slipped since we first went a couple years ago. The food was average, no better than a typical chain Mexican restaurant, just with a few higher-end items. In addition, they brought beans that had pork when we explicitly told them we didn't eat pork. The manager corrected it by bringing an alternative bean dish, but only after we had eaten some of the first dish. He also brought a dessert to make up for the mistake, so they owned it and handled the issue appropriately.

Experience wasn't the same as when we visited thr first time. Several items we ordered were sold out, Several items order didn't come out correctly. Server had an attitude. It was unfortunate because we were celebrating a birthday. Im not sure I'll return

Our server was friendly and efficient. The drinks and food were hot, fresh and right on point, especially for Restaurant Week crowds. We'll be back!

Got off to a rough start as the host stand clearly forgot about us. We were staring at at the open deuce at which we would eventually be seated for about 10 minutes before returning to the host stand indicating we would gladly sit at the bar if we weren't going through be seated soon. I think they realized their error immediately and apologized. Things got back in track quickly with drinks and food. Server Abril was super pleasant, and attentive without being over bearing. Food, drinks and ambiance are always good. Will gladly return, but not sure how we got lost with 3 people at the host stand.

Excellent dinner and overall experience. We sat at table 23 and had a wonderful server. Can't wait to come back.

The chips and salsa they provide for table is amazing, especially the salsa verde. We also tried the queso with verde chorizo. The queso smelled a little fake and had a very sharp taste but that was the only low point. The rest of the food was fantastic and the drinks were good. Would absolutely return here.

It was a mixed experience. I had the ribeye tacos and the meat was more like chopped steak. Very salty. But my husband thought the enchiladas were exceptional. Margaritas were good. Service started off fine but after the food arrived waiter was non existent. I had to flag down someone to get another drink. For 3 tacos, 3 enchiladas and 4 margaritas, ticket was $120 without tip. I don't have an issue with the amount, just wasn't worth it.
