I cannot explain how bad the coffee was. I ordered a cappuccino…. Or I guess it was supposed to be one. The coffee both tasted oily and burnt, they either are using old beans and burning them or the machine they use hasn’t been cleaned in a while. $7 for the worst coffee in all of the DMV

Paul Coffee Shop at Tysons Galleria is one of my favorite places for a morning coffee. They make their coffee perfectly hot — especially the espresso — just the way I like it. Not many places do that! They actually heat the water first, which makes the coffee extra hot and enjoyable.
The atmosphere is great — elegant and calm, perfect for business meetings or casual conversations. The interior has a professional vibe, and the small outdoor area is lovely on nice days. Overall, it’s a really nice coffee shop and one of my favorites in Tysons.

Absolutely delicious pastries and danishes. Excellent café au last paired with my flaky croissant. Pro tip: It was nice to go before the mall opened.

I went to Paul yesterday to buy some cheese Danish. This server try to help me , when I pointed that one of the cheese Danish was not fresh , he became very rude and asked me not to point my finger to the one I didn’t want. I told him that he was very rude, and he accused me of the same thing.
He refuse to sell me 2 of the pastries.
He insulted me in front of all the customers.
He chose to satisfy his olympic ego, instead of taking care of business! What an horrible person he is! I spent lots of money there in the past and will never go back! Plus the place is going downhill fast!!

Got two palmiers from this location. I’ve been to many Pauls internationally but this is the first time here. All I could say is that they are not palmiers at all. Not only they were severely underbaked, the taste is just awful - none of the buttery taste, just like some plain baked flour.
It’s was very nice but now sorry
Food is great, coffee is fabulous, service is great except for a part of the order eevhad to wait on. Atmosphere is great too. Will come back.

We had a good time. Not many choices of pastries, but things we tried were very good.

This is the worst fall I’ve ever been to in or outside of the United States. Everyone here is rude, lazy and especially slow. I’ve waited up to 10 minutes in line just to pick up an order when there was no one in front of me because the staff would rather ignore me and tend to the people. They are bringing orders to than just have someone present at the Cash register. If they’re having a bad day, they won’t even bother applying the discount to people who work in the mall/area. Speaking any language, other than English and a public customer service setting is already rude, but especially rude when they’re not even speaking French, which would at least be on brand lol instead, they talk trash about you in Spanish in your face under the assumption That they are the only ones who understand this basic language. The food is OK at best, the service is a joke, and the atmosphere is pretty bland compared to other Paul’s cafés I’ve been to. There isn’t unfortunately there’s nowhere else to grab coffee before our shopping trip since they’re the only café in the mall. Today I waited 25 minutes for a pick up order and to order a coffee on the side. The barista gave me an attitude when I stopped her, noticing it was ice and asked if that was for me only to give it to me anyways

Poul is a fantastic breakfast spot! The waffle is absolutely delicious, and the omelette is perfectly cooked and flavorful. The service is excellent, the prices are reasonable, and the location is very convenient. Overall, a great place to start your day!
Paul is like the McDonalds of French food. In France they are usually found in malls/shopping centers or at train stations. The food and baked goods are OK, but not the best example of French casual food or backed goods. It does scratch that itch for a decent Croque Monsieur if you crave it and can't find it anywhere else in the D.C. area.

Bought a Paris ham and cheese here.
Overpriced ($13 for a half baguette sandwich!)
Ham is not even from France.
This is the last time I GM buy food at Paul in the US.
Great service.
As I write this review I have been standing here for approximately 4 min with 4 people behind the service counter and nobody has even asked if I’m being helped or not! This is unacceptable
It’s not the first time that I have been treated bad by the people working here but it’s very unfair the kind of treatment this people give you.
As I was standing here someone else came in and he was take care of right away
I hope you do better in the future, the fact that you are in Galleria should be reason enough to have better service
