Poul is a fantastic breakfast spot! The waffle is absolutely delicious, and the omelette is perfectly cooked and flavorful. The service is excellent, the prices are reasonable, and the location is very convenient. Overall, a great place to start your day!

Paul is like the McDonalds of French food. In France they are usually found in malls/shopping centers or at train stations. The food and baked goods are OK, but not the best example of French casual food or backed goods. It does scratch that itch for a decent Croque Monsieur if you crave it and can't find it anywhere else in the D.C. area.

Bought a Paris ham and cheese here. Overpriced ($13 for a half baguette sandwich!) Ham is not even from France. This is the last time I GM buy food at Paul in the US.

As I write this review I have been standing here for approximately 4 min with 4 people behind the service counter and nobody has even asked if I’m being helped or not! This is unacceptable It’s not the first time that I have been treated bad by the people working here but it’s very unfair the kind of treatment this people give you. As I was standing here someone else came in and he was take care of right away
I hope you do better in the future, the fact that you are in Galleria should be reason enough to have better service

My husband and I visited Paul at Tysons Galeria around 11am on a Good Friday and purchased Smoked Salmon Croissant, Butter Croissant, flat white and Mocha. All came quick and tasted good.
Alan helped us at the register counter and the other lady was helping other guests at the Pastries area. Alan was attentive in taking our order.
The Diningroom Male staff was also proactively taking away dirty dishes from our table.

Food is good, but service is atrocious. Took my daughter here as an award for completing her swim meet, and had to make several trips to get napkins, take out containers and like. Furniture is worn and dirty, but there are no other places here to get french pastries.

We went there Saturday afternoon, very bad attitude from the cashier and they gave us wrong order and a missing item They didn't apologize at all, the coffee wasn't good. It looks good and delicious when you get in the restaurant but with that kind of services change everything, 53$ waist

Had the pleasure of having lunch at Paul French Bakery and Cafe in Tysons Corner and what a charming place it is! Fabulous atmosphere, coffee, pastries and sandwiches and wonderful staff. It was a transportive place. I will return!

If you are a coffee lover PLEASE IGNORE THIS PLACE! Such rude customer service on top of horrible coffee. They charge you $1 per pump, and the 1 pump they put in is not enough to make the coffee taste good. If you want your coffee to taste good, normally you get 2-3 pumps of syrup so you’re looking at a $10 Latte…
After asking for an additional pump, the lady rudely hushed me away saying to pay an extra $1.
For my math lovers; the 1889 syrup they use costs $.10 (yes 10 cents) per pump. Charging $1 then ignoring the customer over a pump is insane to me.
