Was disappointed in the quality of food at this location. The macaroni for the Mac n cheese was undercooked and the sauce was grainy. The hummus tasted like it was a step away from going bad, and I was overcharged for my salad (ordered without chicken which should be $1 off). However, the shakes are always good and the employees were nice enough.

Came here for lunch with my husband and ordered the wrong kind of Turkey sandwich than what I thought I was ordering. I went back to reorder a new sandwich (and was planning on paying for it), when the GM approached me and said he overheard me asking about the different kinds of Turkey, and that I ordered the wrong thing before. He said not to worry the sandwich I was on them, and he wanted to make sure I got what I was hoping for. It was really nice and showed that they genuinely care that their customers are satisfied with their meals. Thank you so much for your customer service. You guys are awesome! Oh and ps- once I had the right sandwich I was very happy!!! Their sandwiches are A+

It is consistently good. Better then some of their mega sized competitors (I dont want to name them). Not quite gourmet but certainly very good still. Comes close to a neighborhood deli. Also the staff has always been friendly.

It's fine. I had never eaten at one before. It's good for a quick bite. Nothing special at all but was in walking distance from my training so it was good enough for lunch

This is my favorite fast food joint. Good value, healthy food, and a quick turnaround. Sometimes they even have music, and they have outdoor seating too. What's not to like?

Update. A month later and the wheelchair lift still isn't fixed. They either don't understand the meaning of "soon" or just don't care.
It's fantastic I ordered a medium Mac and cheese and it was all I could do to finish w! I also ordered a small sandwich and it was great I would recommend this place to anyone and it's walking distance from my hotel and the train station is right across the street When I find something this good and a far cry better then the chain store!!! I let people know that it's very good

Potbelly has some of the most delicious sandwiches you are going to get! Not to mention their delicious shakes! If you're in town, I really recommend coming here because you are greeted with happy, nice, and enjoyable employees who will give you what you want just right. Definitely 5 stars. Will come here again

This Potbelly always delivers perfect customer service. They're exceptionally fast and the food is always perfect. I come here all the time for lunch because I know I'll always leave happy. The General Manager Qutaibah is always smiling and ready to help anyone and everyone. He's one of the many reasons I always come back! I will return a million more times!

Anyone who rates potbelly less than 5 stars is nuts. You always get the same delicious sandwich and the service is always great. It's a go to! If you know what you like. And the staff at this one was the best I've ever experienced. Friendly, funny and accommodating. Kudos, Spring Hill #potbelly.

I've become a huge fan of Potbelly. One reason is there are within walking distance of my work, but mainly because the food is really good! I've had a couple of times where they got the order wrong as far as specifics with the individual item customization, but I just rolled with it because most of the folks are friendly and they get things done quick. I recommend downloading the Potbelly app. You can add a form of plastic payment to make paying easier as well as earn points towards the loyalty program, even access a secret underground menu. They love giving away free stuff as well as discounts! That's the best part. ;-) They could use more napkin dispensers though, spread out amongst the dining area... just 'food for thought'...
