Around 4:30 PM on Tuesday, 11/4, we tried the drinks that took quite a while, as even people who ordered after us got their drinks first, but we were willing to be patient, and they were flat and too sweet. My partner asked the worker, a young Asian lady, if it would be possible to just top our drink with a little bit extra soda water because it was flat and very sugary. He asked her kindly and respectfully and he was met with rudeness and exasperation. She gave some attitude! She said “just give it to me”, sighed, and took them out of his hands. He even waited until she was done with making a customers drink before asking, and he never even asked her to remake it. We also work in the service industry, we have for many years, and we know how hard it can be at times, especially if you’re manning a store by yourself. But regardless of how tired you are or how you’re feeling, or whatever is going on in your personal life, why is it okay to respond with rudeness to customers who communicate politely and don’t mind waiting to not overwhelm the employee? We definitely think management should rethink about the people they hire for this location. The drinks are amazing but we would rather go to the other location located at Annandale where customer service is so much better and we’re treated with respect. So disappointed.

Drinks are overpriced for the quality. Seems like cheap ingredients non- organic products are used. The customer service was terrible, the male employee was rude and belligerent with thick foreign accent.

This was happened in July. My friend from NJ came to visit me. We went to Tysons Mall for fun. We decided to buy two cups of milk tea at this Stand on top of the mall. After the girl input our orders, I wanted to pay for both, so I swiped my card, I didn’t hear the successful transaction finishing sound that other credit card machines made, and there was no confirmation on the screen either. So I said “ it was not accepted, should I swipe again?”. No reply. Then my friend said “ here, use my card.” I waited for the girl’s explain or her suggestion. But she just had no sound, no explanation or suggestions. So my friend swiped her card. The whole transaction was done. I was thinking “it doesn’t sound the two swipes are different…”. But we focused on our talking and didn’t pay much attention on this. We got our drinks and left. A month later, when I check my credit bill, aha, guess what? Yes, my card was charged! $17 for 2 cups! The transaction went through, and of course, my friend’s card was charged also! Another $17 for two cups! In another word, $34 for 2 cups . You think it was an accident? You think the girl didn’t know what was happening at the time? No matter what, I will not buy anything from the milk tea stand there anymore . And I will tell my story to anyone who goes to the mall to watch out the stand!
Reply to the owner: Regardless of all the details, I'll send part of my credit bill to you. I don't remember the exact location. That doesn't matter. And I don't remember if I tabbed or swipped the card cause I usually tab the card, then swipe if tabbing doesn't work. I believe this is the business. The date was Jul. 4th.

The owner (i believe he is the owner, could be the manager) of this coffee kiosk is the sweetest man!! Always willing to help you figure out what you’d like and is quick to take your order if he’s able to, regardless of there being tablets for you to order on. Best Korean coffee ever, will be checking out their main store in Annandale!!

Soricha is a good place for tea! They have a very tasty menu as well as amazing atmosphere! Soricha is a very good place to grab and go a drink or sit and eat with friends! I always enjoy buying from Soricha after or during work as a drink to refresh me! Their red bean is outstanding and does not overpower the drink as well as their matcha is on point! Each of their drinks has a very unique flavor and I will definitely be back to try more drinks soon!

Love this ❤️ love that they offer free small drink to try and tell me more about the favor . Because it's my first time try this! Caffein free is a try for me to drink it. And also matcha latte also good for first time to try it ✨.

The shaved ice didn’t seem to be made fresh there. It’s more like made somewhere else and frozen in a plastic bowl. It’s like packed snow rather than fresh snow. I was a bit disappointed.
Discovered the Annandale location during the pandemic but was happy to see another one in Tysons. Drinks are on the pricey side but the ingredients used are quality. They also have free samples sometimes to try. The coffee cube, injeolmi and roasted dandelions are the my go choices because you can’t get it anywhere else.
The black sesame smoothie and injeolmi smoothie are so tasty. Ordering was easy and the service was more than excellent. We had a couple of questions about the drinks and the gentleman was happy to make recommendations. They were very accommodating and helpful. Also, they have milk substitutes like oat and soy along with milk. I would prefer a whole milk option, but the 2% milk was still good. The flavors remind me of going to a cafe in Korea. There are a few seats at the end, but its meant to be more of a grab n go place.

Love their shaved ice (Bingsoo)! Definitely the best in town. I also like their lemon mango smoothie which is super refreshing. I’ve never had anything bad here! All the ingredients are fresh and seem high quality. I love their Annandale location also!

Best bingsoo. Literally shaved like fluffy snow and stayed frozen while eating. Little bit expensive, but worth it. Huge bowl. 4 of us ate it. We will go back, again and again. They need to get their own space soon. Kiosk doesn't do justice to this place.
