I'll start by making it known I am not a Subway fan. I had a bad experience several years with a different out-of-state location and vowed to never spend another dime with the company. Unfortunately PayPal emailed me an offer to save $5 when ordering on the Subway app and paying with PayPal. I downloaded the app and placed an order. Using the app for the first time, Subway gave me a $6 reward, so it basically made my entire order only a couple dollars. I ordered a salad. It was tasteless, blah, not good. Fill it in with any negative word you want. They also didn't have the drink I ordered on the app, nor the chips I ordered that were listed. Just told me to pick whatever. What a bunch of crap. It never does any good to complain to the corporation because they just refer your complaint back to the franchisee - who typically don't care. Hence my aforementioned issue with this brand a few years back. *sad trombone*

I don't mind eating at Subway from time to time, but for the past 3 times I've been, the bread has been dry and flaky. I don't know what changed in their recipe, but I don't go to this Subway anymore. Every time I ask them for fresh bread, they tell me it's fresh, and when I go to eat it, it's hard and flaky. This store needs better management.

I witnessed several healthcodw violations while standing in line. Restocking meat and cheese into old containers on top of old meat and cheese. Dropping and contaminating beef into the lettuce bin amd leaving it in there.... Do not eat here unless you want to get sick.
The lady who work in subway don't know to treat customer,today I went and tried to use the sms coupon on which it was told make any 6 inch sub meal and get another 6 inch free but the lady c was only giving me chip and drink free,and was charging for next sub too,was bad experience

I had placed on order through uber eats to this location, and I did not receive my order. Uber it's said they were trying to contact the company to address the issue, but no one answered the phone. Once I got a girl on the line, I explained to her my situation and she denied every receiving an order from a company. I asked if she could look up my order and she put me on hold for 15 minutes. Once I got her on the line again, she continued to belittle be and yell through the phone. In the end, I had to contact uber to get my money back because I was already charged for the email. I refuse to do business with both establishments at this point. Customer service was very poor, a customer should never be treated that way.

Subway in general sucks. The prices keep going up. For the cheap portions you get (basicially a garnish sandwich), it is not worth it. This location is worse than average. Spanish speaking workers probably being paid cash under the table and below minimum wage. Stopped going after I got cramps awhile back. Perfect Pita and Pasiano's are nearby. Much better.
