The Perch @ Capital One Center is an outdoor rooftop park spanning 2.5 acres, offering excellent views, a variety of food vendors, and activities such as mini-golf, games, and live music. It features well-kept green space, unique amenities such as retro-themed food trucks and a mini-golf course, and a dog- and child-friendly environment. Weekends here are fantastic, with occasional concerts at the Starr Hill Beergarten, a clean garden to stroll through, and enjoyable outdoor spaces when the weather is nice. The only downside is that food prices, such as for ice cream, can be relatively high relative to the quality and portion size.

Starr biergarten outdoors: Need to improve quality and type of food as well as attitude of bar staff. Filthy tables, food all over floors as well as abandoned drinks. no upkeep of eating areas at all. The only good thing is the music. Better off getting outside food from Wehmans or going to food trucks over by mini golf area.

The coffee is brewed just right, strong but never bitter.
I really loved this place — it’s very beautiful and has a great vibe. The food was okay, but what amazed me was how they managed to bring a food truck all the way up to the 11th floor 😄. We played, had fun, and overall really enjoyed the experience.

This was such a a cool place. Great place to bring kids while the parents can still have fun. Large open area for kids to play, plus live music and beer garden. Not obvious to find this place from the street. Need to take an elevator to get there.
The Perch at Capital One Drive, right in the heart of Tysons, is an incredible rooftop park and entertainment destination that feels like a hidden oasis above the city. Located on the 11th floor, it’s a lush green space with walking paths, swings, and plenty of seating areas that make it just as great for a peaceful stroll as it is for a lively evening out.
One of the best parts of The Perch is the variety of experiences it offers. You’ll find Wren, a beautiful Japanese restaurant, as well as the entrance to the Watermark Hotel, which makes the space feel vibrant and connected. There’s the Starr Hill Biergarten with craft beers and great energy, and Perch Putt mini golf, which is fun for both kids and adults. On weekends, the whole area comes alive with live music and a rotation of lovely food trucks, making it feel like a festival atmosphere right in Tysons.
Whether you want to relax in the sitting areas, swing and enjoy the views, or hang out with friends over good food and drinks, The Perch has something for everyone. It’s family-friendly, stylish, and social all at once. Truly one of the best places in Tysons, and I can only see it gaining more and more popularity as people discover it. A must-visit spot if you’re in the area!

U can’t freely walk around and enjoy your food or drink. You are literally trapped in the side of the roof that you bought your items. Never come here again since the drink/food police are here. Spend your money somewhere else
Good place, live music good options to relax
