The Perch @ Capital One Center is an outdoor rooftop park spanning 2.5 acres, offering excellent views, a variety of food vendors, and activities such as mini-golf, games, and live music. It features well-kept green space, unique amenities such as retro-themed food trucks and a mini-golf course, and a dog- and child-friendly environment. Weekends here are fantastic, with occasional concerts at the Starr Hill Beergarten, a clean garden to stroll through, and enjoyable outdoor spaces...
Starr biergarten outdoors: Need to improve quality and type of food as well as attitude of bar staff. Filthy tables, food all over floors as well as abandoned drinks. no upkeep of eating areas at all. The only good thing is the music. Better off getting outside food from Wehmans or going to food trucks over by mini golf area.
I really loved this place — it’s very beautiful and has a great vibe. The food was okay, but what amazed me was how they managed to bring a food truck all the way up to the 11th floor 😄. We played, had fun, and overall really enjoyed the experience.
