We stopped by at the end of the day to pick up some gifts, and Liz was amazing! She was super patient, explained everything about the chocolates, and gave us great recommendations. She even offered us several samples to try. Liz was so kind, calm, and polite—really excellent customer servies.

Ice cream is good quality but it is super expensive. Same size in Cold stone ice cream with more features will cost 40% less compared to Venchi. Chocolate costs $56/lb. Not sure where they get those astronomical figures. I traveled in Italy and it is 50% cheaper there. They r just ripping people.
