We waited almost 15 minutes to be acknowledged at our table and we were completely ignored. It was only moderately busy. We have been to Marino’s many times over the years and spent a good amount of money there and also referred tons of people. Lately its been somewhat negative, but today’s visit pushed me over the edge with the blatant disregard and rudeness. It is a shame, but I think i might be done with Marino’s. They didnt even notice us leaving.
We just had a wonderful meal there and our waitress was the best I have ever had. She was friendly and did a great job. We came to watch the football game tonight. I wish I knew her name because she was a gem ❤️
Food was great but young Hispanic girl was rude and when I advised her of her behavior she said "it wasn't like that".. The issue that I have is when I place my Credit card in her hand she slap.my card on the counter after charging me. Right before I gave her my card it was a group of ten and she placed everyone card back in there hand. The young lady was upset that I didn't know the exact order that I. was picking for.a family member even though I gave her the name of the order........read full review
