Lately I haven’t been unsatisfied with the food. Slacking on meat in wraps and sandwiches but substituting lettuce. Charging for mayo and ketchup on food is crazy so I had to get ketchup packs free..no mayo packs so dry sandwich. Your food is good but not great! Your prices are not great either bc you can do more with portions. Taste has been off…be a while before we come back and we we spending here pretty regularly..#No

Dined in with my partner and mother-in-law. Ordered an Italian sub, lettuce over powered the sandwich. Ordered an Italian stromboli, crust was over cooked. I ordered the tour of Italy. Worst that I have gotten anywhere. Not even going to state all the negatives of it. Never , ever will go back again. Bad experience.

The thing I get from them almost every time is there incompetence. Yep, served up hot, fresh, and ready is your choice of any wrong order you'd like.The last 3 orders we've placed have been wrong. The 3rd time I took it back. Got lip service and a bunch of excuses about what about their business is hard. I don't care. Prices jumped through the roof here during covid and have yet to come down. Regardless, we pay that and 20% tip on take-out orders.When the customer pays a premium, they don't want excuses. Sure things happen - but 3 times in a row? Meanwhile, while my order was being fixed 2 other people came in to have their wrong orders fixed.Anyway, I get home and apparently they decided to put my mayo on the side when remaking. So I had to dump the sandwich contents in a bowl to put mayo on the bread. That's the pic. It was in the moment I had my hand in my dinner to scoop back onto the bread that I decided to call them about this foul up. They hung up. Apparently, they don't want to know about their mistakes. They want to hike prices, collect money, and you get what you get.No wonder marina's keeps getting everyone's business I talk to.How they handled this situation and seeing how things are managed there - never again. I don't need to pay extra for a wrong order just to be the one to act like they're doing me a favor. What a mess of a business.
