I came in guy was on phone new girl working by herself..guy comes up to me and says he's on phone..duh I see that..then when it comes to order he comes over and starts to rush new girl.. I ordered a footlocker and 6 inch cold cut..and very disappointed.i called back new girl answers. I ask how many slices of meat comes on footlocker she says 6..I look it up im supposed to get 4 or each meat..I feel I wasn't only one this had happened to and they cut the 6 slices in half for the 6 inch...all I got was bread and lettuce on my sandwich..very upset

It's best to go in there with ANYONE other than the owner lol. He skimps so much on the meat. What would be considered extra portion for him is regular portion for other subways

If you order online its a crap shoot if you ever get the sub or the refund. I would avoid this one and go to blackstone. In store they will overcharge you and basically act like they don't understand you or fast talk you until you give up and just let them steal your money. If you work in customer service you should speak the language for god sake and every subway is like this.

Bread was fresh. Some of the veggies (especially the onions) looked old and funky. Owner is the only one ever working there, quality has gone WAY DOWN in the last year or so. The lemonade and tea things beside the fountain drink machine look like they've never been cleaned.

You must have been a new person working because the sandwich was over toasted to where it was extremely dry even with using peppercorn ranch on it it was still so dry.

If I could give a zero out of 10 I would.

So I ordered Subway from the one in Victoria through the app. It said my order was ready and when I got there, he said he didn't have my order. When I showed him my order and that I PAID, he basically said call Subway. SIR YOU ARE SUBWAY. Then I said ok, give me the number to customer service and he said, "I don't have one. Look it up."

He was rude and combative from the moment I came in. I tried being nice but I'm out $45 so I needed the issue fixed asap and he basically said "Not my problem." So went off because you see I ordered, you see I paid you are the manager and you don't want to make it right?? On top of that he is getting multiple online orders while I was talking to him but yet you didn't get mine?

Meanwhile, there is a police officer in there and he shows the police the computer for online orders and I said "OK let me see." And he refused to let me see the screen! Because I bet my order would have popped up made and ready!

I believe he made the order, somebody else grabbed it and instead of him being out of $45 worth of food, he wanted me to be out $45.
And before yall start posting customer service numbers just know I googled every single one and called every single one and the only thing it told me to do is file a complaint online.

So just beware it you do an app order to Subway in Victoria because they will do NOTHING if the order doesn't get made!

I just went to try and get a protein bowl and I wanted lettuce so I look at the lettuce and they are brown like they been there for a while so I ask the man can he go back there and get some fresh lettuce he gets them and the owner that drivers that gold Honda tried to tell me those are fresh and I couldn’t get the ones the guy brought out the back the motto is (Subway: EAT FRESH)

This Subway location has horrible service and a disgusting environment. When I first approached the counter where the food is presented, I noticed it was covered in gnats under the glass. When the employee lifted the glass, the gnats flew out. I pretended I wasn't there for a sub and walked out. It also appeared that the employee never cleaned up or put away the food, so it was never fresh. Moreover, he seems to be the only one working there. When you arrive, he is often outside smoking cigarettes and then goes inside to make food without washing his hands.

Guy behind counter doesn't understand English and repeated myself multiple times.
He got rude.
Wasn't busy at all. However after reading other reviews I understand.
I will not go back.

Horrible, just plain horrible. The service was bad, the person working there was not attentive or looked liked he even cared. The meats were old and veggies looked freezer burnt. I didn't even finish the sub. Complained about it being soggy and the bread being uncooked and only response I got was "OK".

Dude behind the counter doesn't understand English had to repeat myself 30 times. Like cheese on the side means cheese on the side. The veggies were all super old and curling because they was dry. And dude only put 3 tomatoes on my sandwich like extra veggies means extra not 3.

I ordered a Rossiter chicken wrap I had to repeat it 3 times then he gives me flat bread I said I wanted a wrap he said that is a wrap that don't look like a wrap to me he would not change it I won't go back if he is working I never had any problem there until today

Definitely would not recommend, the guy is rude and acts slow to understanding you. The deli selection is definitely not fresh. Everyone should go across to the pizza place.
