Finally, a real coffee cafe that caters to a coffee snob like me. it is a great experience and no place better for someone who likes freshly grounded beans of the coffee of their choice and the care to detail to make your experience wonderful.

The place can be better if they improve their service and be generous to customers. I asked for a refill of a glass of their cheapest coffee ☕️ and they gave me a cold shoulder as if I was begging for money 💰😅. Many other coffee shops are okay with offering you a refill on non-specialty drinks. Also, the seating area is a bit lacking and can be enhanced. It feels a bit cold and lacking something.

I've been going to 29th Parallel religiously twice a week since they opened, and they're my favorite coffeehouse, of the many, in Vienna.
Why 3 stars? It seems like management or ownership has been slacking. A lot of small frustrations: 1. They switched to a lid supplier for cold drinks that don't fit the cups, causing constant spillage 2. They have the best cold brew coffee in Vienna, but have been out of stock for over a week. When I asked the barista, they said it's because they were 'out of cold brew beans.' I asked why they didn't use any of the copious amount of beans clearly in sight, and they said they aren't allowed to. 3. They are out of sleeves and stirrers, causing you to double-cup the coffee and use disposable spoons to stir, which is a huge waste.

10/10 best cafe in the DMV! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Customer service was very warm and welcoming. The food has a limited selection but each item was high quality ingredients. The Cookie Butter Pop Tarts is the best thing I’ve had in a while, and I am a major foodie. Could not stop raving about it. Check it out for yourself! This place is excellent!

A friend and I were excited to visit this coffee shop right before heading out on our walk, but unfortunately, the experience was let down by the staff. The employee who served us seemed uninterested and rude, as if he had no desire to interact with customers. He barely spoke, made little eye contact, and appeared eager for us to leave. While the coffee and matcha were just okay, the terrible customer service has ensured that we won't be returning to this location

You can find me here at least 2x per week. The coffee is great some baristas is better than others but always a great experience. You can tell the staff do care for the quality of coffee they serve. The food.... i don't go here for the food - The coffee though is Phenomenal.

Just visited this cafe this morning to WFH and had a pretty great first impression overall. I got the mocha in a beautiful blue ceramic cup and a delicious cookie butter poptart. The poptart was flaky and can't go wrong with cookie butter. The mocha wasn't too sweet and the coffee was good quality. The ambience was great. Service was fantastic with an enthusiastic and friendly staff as well. My only minor issue would be that I wish the coffee was a tad hotter as I think the milk cooled it down a bit too much despite how fresh the coffee was so I felt rushed to drink it. Overall, a great cafe. Would highly recommend.

First time visited this location. I really impressed the calming & relaxing inside environment. I enjoyed the bagel with smoked salmon and espresso coffee. The taste, aroma, and food presentation is "A" plus. Service is friendly and resilient. Clean & sanitary. Highly recommended!!!

Everything about this coffee shop is fantastic. The coffee was delicious and prepared with expertise, a great place for a cappuccino. They make sure to ask if you’re dining in because they will serve your drink in a ceramic cup, I love that. Great pastries as well, I’m not sure if they’re made in house but they’re impressive. Wonderful environment, lots of seating options, as well as ice water out and available for you. Love it here
