Coffee, service and seating all terrific.
My favorite cafe in the area. Delicious food and coffee. Attentive and gracious staff (special shout-out to Elisa!). Immaculate setting. Looking forward to re-opening soon!!!

Drove all the way here for almost an hour and they were closed. During their regular business hours. Turns out it's not their first time doing this.

They were listed in the In Kind app with an offer for discounts, so that’s why I went, however, they refused to accept payment through In Kind, and provided no explanation. The flat white that I got to go was $6.50 (including an up-charge for oat milk) and tiny! I won’t be back. Note to owner: Remove your cafe from In Kind, or accept it as payment..

We visited 29th Parallel Coffee today and tried the hot latte with rose syrup. The syrup itself was non-sweet, which was fine, but unfortunately the coffee was disappointing — it wasn’t even served hot. The vibe inside the café was nice and cozy, and we did enjoy that autumn season feeling as we sipped our drinks. However, the coffee itself just didn’t meet expectations, and because of that, we’ll probably not be returning here.

Really like the coffee here, buttoned up cafe but not pretentious. Small pastry selection. The ambiance is chill with changing art on the walls. Minimalist and clean design. On the quieter side (a good thing) compared to others in the immediate vicinity and area.

A friend recommended this place for making one of the best coffee in the area, and I have to agree. I was a bit skeptical at first because they’re pretty empty on a Saturday afternoon, but the coffee is really good quality.
I also like that they use lighter roasted beans for the espresso, which is really rare for shops.

I ordered a large latte and maybe a half a shot of espresso. It was super watered down and I was really sad that I paid around seven dollars for that.

29th Parallel offers a beautiful space with clean lines that evoke an earthy, peaceful minimalism. They feature interesting espresso options that change often, along with a nice selection of bite-sized food options.

Staff are very nice- greet you by name and seem happy to see you. However, the physical environment is terrible. This week it was in the high nineties outside and inside! The lack of air conditioning (there was one small portable fan for the entire coffee shop)
Is similar to the lack of heat this past winter when it was freezing outside, it was freezing inside, too.
It’s a shame because other than being physically uncomfortable when the weather outside is hot or cold, it’s a nice clean convenient place to meet friends in the center of Vienna….never crowded like Cafe Amouri a block away on Church Street. I wish the owner would fix the HVAC system
