Aditi Gourmet is known for the best-tasting chicken biryani, goat curry, and okra (“bhindi”) masala in Fairfax County. On Saturday mornings, the restaurant serves special items cooked inside banana leaves, such as chicken biryani, beef biryani, and fish, including the tasty pomfret imported from Asia.
