I recently went with my friends, a group of 7. We were told their is some waiting time, and they took my contact details to put me on the waitlist. As we were waiting outside, a server came out after 15 minutes, he told us we can place the order now, and have the food ready by the time we get the table, and gave us the menu. When we were ready to order, we asked someone to take our order. That's when another server came out, the one with the glasses and beard, the most rude, unprofessional server I have ever seen. He told us straight that we cannot place the order until we get the table and he went in. End of 45 min of waiting, we saw him getting some tables cleaned, but he kept looking at us, smiling with a smirk on his face, and not calling us in even when the tables were empty and cleaned.
This is not a one time experience. We have visited Bansari multiple times, same terrible experience with this particular guy.
To the Bansari management, you need to do better!

Food is ok ok . Veg Manchurian not good here. They gave falafel in place of veggies very dry inside. They poured gravy on top of it and served us.Very hard to cut even with a knife.of course after we said about it they didn’t charged for that dish. We ordered Baby corn Makhanwala along with Matar paneer , dal makhani. First best is baby corn dish and next to it is dal makhani. Matar Paneer is not that great especially Paneer.

We had the chicken tika masala and butter chicken. The food was average. I asked for white meat but that wasn’t the case. The garlic naan and samosas were good. Fair warning if you’re not into spice, try other dishes. The food came out fairly quick and the service was good. I give it 3 stars because I’ve had better Indian food at a better price.
