Free bathroom, free water.
No wifi but you can use free dunkin wifi.
Food is ok, burger and fries are made fresh.
Bathroom is clean and big, faucet is nice. Also has baby diaper change station.
You order via a machine, you can also order via inkind as of review date but some items are not available on inkind.

I was there twice the first time they screwed up the items on my burgers and the second time they gave me grilled fish and instead of grilled chicken sandwich

Plenty of seating and fast service. Burger was delicious and served fresh. Clean environment. Halal signage posted outside and inside.

The Mushroom Swiss Burger was very good, as were the sweet potato fries.

The decor is a little plain, but sometimes that's all you need. 😀

The door is very UN-wheelchair friendly. It's heavy and hard to open from my scooter.

Though this place is cashless, with digital ordering, the gentleman at the counter (Jamie) was VERY nice and helpful with the whole process. He explained the menu and helped me get a drink. So that I didn't have to balance my food when my number was called, he kindly brought me my food. WHAT A GREAT GUY!

If I'm ever back in Vienna, I'll be stopping by again.

Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, substituted American cheese for pepper jack and added a fried egg and blue cheese crumbles. It was pricey and greasy but had great flavor. Service was horrendous and basically nonexistent. Ordered a fountain drink with my meal and I was standing at the counter waiting for someone to give me a cup or even acknowledge me. After a while I just helped myself and took one without them noticing. Total came out to $28.

1 star overall because of how expensive the bad food was. Beer was 1 month away from expiration and tasted skunked, every part of the burger was gross. Way below McDonald’s quality at twice the price

Always delicious no matter what I order! Burgers are fresh. Tried the new bacon and bleu tonight. Fantastic. Chicken wings are perfect. Spicy chicken sandwich is outstanding. Delicious fries. Never disappointed.
