Ben and Jerry's Vienna shop did catering for a big family party (75 people). It was a breeze to do the ordering and arrangements with Kyle. The friendly servers showed up, set up, served, cleaned up, all as expected without me getting distracted to supervise, so I could enjoy my guests. And everybody loves ice cream!. Highly recommend.

Placed order online — after an hour+ ( when everywhere else was about to close) I was notified that the store cancelled the order, without explanation. Called the store several times. No answer.

We were very pleased to find a Ben & Jerry’s in Vienna, close to our new residence. Even without pistachio when we were there, the selection was great as usual for Ben & Jerry’s and the young lady serving the ice cream could not have more pleasant. As the weather gets warmer, we will be visiting again and again.

I went in w my son, ordered a couple things, then asked if one or two things contained corn syrup. One young lady looked them up and told me they did. I then asked about the hot chocolate and the other lady told me it did have corn syrup because it contained ice cream and that all the ice cream in the store contained corn syrup in the ingredients. She seemed very dismissive. I left without getting anything for myself because of this. A lot of B&J's ice cream actually does not contain corn syrup. I found this out after leaving. Some people have an allergy to it. I am not sure what so stressful about working in an ice cream parlor, that you need to shut someone down, who's being non-demanding, and tell them wrong info. (There were no additional customers waiting behind us in line.) This is a perfect example of when people work somewhere and act like they are smug and entitled, not knowing that the reason they have jobs and are earning money are because of *actual customers.* Here is a hint: If ya don't sell anything, ya don't sell anything. I'm the one (the mom) who generally decides if we go get ice cream. Personally, i've been very into smoothie bowls lately. The rest of my family (surprisingly) has been getting into them, too. Not only are they healthier (and very tasty), but who needs to have this kind of experience over a damn bowl of ice cream. You can keep your frozen lard.

I want to share an experience with this store in particular since they ask for delivery, when placing the order required by this store one arrives and leaves the items in the store since they are large and the delivery ends and then they abusively withdraw the tip they put from the beginning and they rate it poorly in the application, it seems to me a lack of respect for the people who work in delivery since this store plays with people's time.

Came in 10 minutes before they closed to order milkshakes and said they stopped serving milkshakes since they were closing soon. And no alternatives were given. I understand trying to get a jump on closing down but this is late May on a Friday during a busy time of year. I prefer not to be treated as an inconvenience when going to an establishment within stated business hours.

I can not figure out how to get in contact. I placed an order last Friday and they could not make the puppy ice creams. The manager there at the time was a temp. And she could not help me. I placed the order through the web page but she says it was doordash ans could not help me and told me to email.

Exciting place to stop by after lunch or dinner. Ice cream is a bit on the pricier side, and they do charge a bit for the sugar cones. However, the Chocolate Therapy and Phish Food flavors are absolutely amazing. I used to get Half Baked, but recently started to fall in love with the Chocolate Therapy. I take time to decide on my order, and the servers are always so patient and understanding with my questions.
