Would not recommend this place if you want to eat with your family. The food was not fresh, and overall I will not go back there.

I have tried many others restaurants but I haven't try this one but honestly when I did I was in shock and I throw out everything, It's the worst chicken ever PLEASE DONT TRIED, You'll be so disappointed plus there's is many drunk people, Muy mala comida por favor no probar unless you're drunk.

The food was just regular chicken nothing special it was cooked well not overcooked not dry but just not special. They have a sun roof yet keeps the lights on for some reason. And have a menu stand even though you are suppose to order at the front, those two are just quality of life stuff but it's just mediocre food.

Hands down some of the best Middle Eastern food I've had! Lamb shank falls right off the bone. The long rice grains in the lamb mandi are most delicious. Even the fatoosh stood out with its very high quality olive oil shining through. The restaurant is beautiful inside, and the waitstaff are very kind. We're very excited to include Aldeerah in our Vienna restaurant rotation.

Excellent authentic Saudi food. The coffee is so unique and flavorful, the decor is very traditional and people are super nice! Highly recommend

The "specials" they have are very deceiving he won't tell you about the "extra" charges until you are already paying.... and the food is not all that

We stumbled upon this place after trying to go somewhere else but realizing it was closed due to some problem. Honestly, I didn't see the reviews until after our meal and I was a bit surprised. After reading the other reviews, it seems like the main complaints here are that 1) the chicken is dry or it doesn't measure up to other Peruvian chicken places and 2) there have been a few instances of bill totals being incorrect and the intention of these mistakes were questioned by the reviewer. I don't really have experience with other Peruvian chicken places in the area, but I thought the chicken was great! I liked the plantains also, and the sandwich was super tasty. There was a light mustard and just a little bit of cheese with lettuce and tomato, and it honestly hit the spot. This is a random detail, but they have a really good selection of unusual drinks in their soda case, so if you're adventurous with sugary drinks, you'll appreciate Big Chicken. As for the bill, I thought ours was correct. If you have any doubts, I'd say just make sure to double check your order and be very clear and direct with whoever is serving you and you should be fine. The people who helped us were friendly, and I even got to taste some juice that they make which was great. Overall, I think people probably have a bad impression of this place because of a few miscommunications and also it's kind of a hole in the wall kind of place--it's unusual that they have pool tables and a casino like environment. It's also kind of dark. But I thought the food was wonderful and I'd for sure go back if I were looking for something quick to eat!

I'm standing in front of it and even though it says it's open on their website and on here, they are "Closed for maintenance". I don't know what that means or when it will reopen but it would be good to post that somewhere. I was on the way home from Richmond and was so excited to try this place but now we'll be going elsewhere.

One of the best middle eastern/saudi restaurant. I loved the decoration because they gave the choice of floor seating and tables and chairs. But its bit too pricey for the portion of the food

Being Saudi myself, this place is really authentic down from the seating/decoration till the food. We tried 3 dishes: kabsa, mendi, and Qursan. All really flavourful and not your stereotypical americanized Arab food. Definitely a great place for the family so I recommend coming here if you want to try a unique taste of middle eastern dishes.
